In this video, which is a part of the series that I am going to upload soon, I am discussing what is a trademark, what are the uses of Trademark, should you obtain protection of your trademark by registering it.
In India Trademark Registration is not Mandatory, however there are certain advantages and benefits of Trademark registration that cannot be left undiscussed.
In this current Atmosphere of Startups, it is necessary for them to understand the various nuances of trademark registration.
In the other part of the video I will be discussing with the technicalities involved in registration of trademark and the procedure of registration Along with the Recent developments in Trademark Law.

Just a query: from your first example of 'paratha wali gaali' , the orignal vendor did not got his trademark registered but still his trademark is valid in his geographical location, that means he should be protected in that location.. then can he file a case against the similar paratha vendors that opened in the same area?
If no then why?
