This was a daily syndicated series that Paul did from 1964 through '67 (in New York, it aired on WNEW-TV, Channel 5, at 6pm). It was unique because, in addition to local commercial breaks, there were also "windows" for stations to present their own cartoon segments inbetween Winchell's portions of the show.
