There are a million reasons to like and respect you Seth, but content like this is very high on that list for those of us who'll never get to know you in person. It's raw, unfiltered, straight from the heart and almost painfully wholesome. Thank you and Happy thicc Boy Season.

I think what you’re doing right now is exactly what you should be doing, staying healthy, hanging with the kids and doing meaningful things like elk hunting and bear hunting. Sometimes more isn’t always better, and the extreme world of bodybuilding beyond being a pleasure in life isn’t best. Just my 2 cents because I think you’ve got it dialed right now, don’t change a thing.
You are the one that inspired me to hit the gym to begin with. I did not start training until I was 40. I have a lot of physical disabilities, but still go all out, at least what I can. You are inspirational and I love the no bull shit way you describe things. I stoked for you to start making more training videos.
👏 👏 👏
Seeing hany train Seth would be an amazing era for the new kids to watch and learn from the hype and thrill and just badass fuckery
I really gravitate towards Seth because he is open and honest and relatable. Sure I have a lot of problems, just means I have more work to do.
This is what I’m doing now, I live 100% everyday and I do what I want. I’m 47, I’m big, fit, lean and healthy. I love lifting weights and spending time with my wife and my dog. Yes I take PED’s but I feel really good and happy with it. I check all my health markers and so far everything is 100%. I might die sooner but I will die happy.
I laughed out loud at the end of this video. I was watching it while I took a shower. So fucking funny. Can't wait to see what you do in the up coming season.
Just two dudes hanging out with eachother with no pants on, not lookin at each others dicks. Perfectly normal 😂😂
Moved to the wifes home state of CA (FML), had to sell my cummins, had my first baby, using my GI bill to go to school for HVAC, just a ton of changes in a year and ive stopped doing me, taking care of me, started making excuses for myself. When you said, "I aint dead yet", that did it. THE FUCKIN FIRE IS LIT. Enough said.
CA?!! And sold the CUMMINS???? FUCK NO. Convince that wife to take it down to Vegas, when you get that hvac shit down tons of good work and money out here and the best gyms! Keep grinding bubba!
Your favourite IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Seth Feroce!!
Bro you are amazing to watch and follow! You are the reason I got into fitness. I am waiting for an artificial disc replacement surgery in the next few months can’t wait to heal up and get back into the gym.
You not only inspired me to start training, but I used the majority of my foundation, was learn through the videos. You had posted on CZcams at the time. I never once felt like I was talked down to, and it only inspired me to continue working in that direction. Thank you for all that you do Seth.
Love these man to man conversations. As a man turning 40 iev started to slowly put this same mindset into my own life. Trying to figure out what/who is the real me and the things/activities that are the most meaningful and give me the most Joy and do that.
Going back? you look like you never left
Lol
Fr 😂 mans a fucking beast
I came to say this
Hell yeah I agree 👍 let's go Seth feroce ❤bro 🦁👑
😂 for sure
Love it! I do a 5-7 mile intense ruck every week. Rest of my week is bodybuilder/powerlifter style workouts
The first video I saw of yours you gave the best advice on working the rear delt. Thanks for the information.
Dude so this is my wife’s page but I’ve been following since the begging brother. Been lifting for nearly 25 years, so you’ve always been right there. Been a hunter my hole life. I’m just throttled by your new adventures!! Been archery elk hunting in Idaho 3 years now. Got points in MO and WY now and just shot a Moose in Newfoundland. The struggle between bodybuilding and leaving a piece of yourself in the mountain is real. Lol
I agree Seth!!! There is nothing more tiring but satisfying then a successful hunt and packing the animal out. I got an Oryx last weekend. Such a fun hunt!!! My training has evolved around hunting. You rock Seth!!!🤘🤘🤘
Yessss! That is awesome! 🙌🙌💪💪⚒⚒
@@SethFeroceOfficial Serious bro, look into hunting Oryx here in NM at White Sand Missile Range. It's a blast!!!🤘🤘🤘
im 40 i just came to the realization i was miserable without the weights, I havent lifted in a few years, I been goin balls to the ball for last 2 monthes back to 6 meals a day im happy asf wit it, it was tough mentally losing so much strength in the begginning but im gaining fast n love this shit again
Everyone that lives in places where it gets cold gets very hungry right before and during the winter. Thousands of years of our ancestors knew that when winter was coming it was time to gain weight and start stacking food for the winter.
We have been waiting on you. Can't deny who/what you are. Let bodybuilding beginnnnn!!!
You're literally a blessing dude. You're like the big brother i never had. 😅
God Bless Bro. My daughter is constantly up my Butt when I'm working out in my home gym I try to make the best of it But trying to focus is hard as hell while she is around
I have 9 kids... 1 or 2 working out with em then leaving the fn weights all kver the gym, 2 or 3 running around with 5# plates and womens dumbells doing crazy shit... its a madhouse I definitely feel your pain!
Ok i subscribed. You’re hysterical, blunt, and confident. Perfect.
Keep up the great work brother you inspirational to everyone!!!!!
Love ur video, can't wait to watch the rest, I'm sorta same boat as u, I have stents in my heart, 2 back operations but I refuse to sit on the couch in my younger yrs I was a personnel trainer, max weight 240, now 203 just had complete check up, all arteries open blood pressure good I'm turned 60 in March heading to cancun so here we go let's fucking do this, can't wait to see ur updates, stay strong thx mike
Boss Man! That is what we need! Bring back the OG lifting techniques and truly explain them. It is simple yet as complex as you want to make it. We are too quick to try the new/elaborate things, instead of truly understanding the building blocks. Without a strong foundation the rest of the build does not matter! Thank you, sir!
You Sir are a joy to watch and follow... Not enough honest people
Elk chilli, Elk Burgers, Elk Steaks, Elk Backstraps ... some of the best tasting/quality meat you can get! Keep killing it brotha
The industry needs more people like you. You have the same passion in your heart as I do for health and fitness and smashing those weights.
The positive vibes you give off are on another level.
I’m 40 in fantastic shape but after watching this you gave me a extra boost.
I’m going to increase my cardio to two 1 hour sessions each day. Get my 30,000 steps in, I’m going to push harder than ever in the gym and eat more good foods.
Love what you stand for brother
Yes thank you for your time and knowledge 💯💪💪💪🔥
Seth, this is what got me to subscribe to your channel. I had the fortune to meet you when you came to San Antonio. I told you about how I found your channel and growing up I was not one of the guys in the gym. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. With your humor, intensity, and work ethic everything comes across as genuine and humble. No offense to the other fitness channels out there, who do a great job, but when you explain the how and why of an exercise it resonates. I can actually FEEL the muscle doing what the hell it's supposed to do, how you are explaining that it's supposed to be! Keep up the great work brother.
Man, I fucking appreciate you. I appreciate your realness and your knowledge. What the world needs is a “AAR” retreat where us men can learn archery basics, Bad ass craftsmanship, camaraderie, working out, and Good ass grilled food. Let’s make it happen 🙌🏼
Looking forward to this. It's why we like Sam so much because it makes it feel like we are hanging out with our bro's. You have such an unique perspective in life that sharing it will definately make some people want to keep life simple and focus on what's important. It's not just lessons of a bodybuilder but lessons on being A MAN! Work hard, love deeply, have fun, live life, create a better life for loved ones and give them the space to experience and learn life's lessons too. The BEST role models are NOT the one's who never made mistakes. It's those who have and adapted, learned and grown because of life's lessons because they weren't mistakes. They were not the most effective ways to accomplish or pursue something but yet here we are and it's where we're going now. Congrats on whatever you do and thank you for a glimpse into this part of your journey.
I am in at 51 and healing from my second surgery on my lower back for the year. My son is at me about training now I use to teach Martial Arts for years until my body started to breakdown but now I can slowly get back to strength training so I can get back to my trade as a Boilermaker welder intermediate rigger that will come at the end of the year. 🙏🇦🇺
There is no one like seth in the fitness world thats for damn sure! Love this dude.
I feel you Seth after 10 years of no lifting, went back to gym got super lean had a sick pack for first time. Former football player was 255 biggest cut down recently to 155 and said nah I want power again so road to 200 started at 190 and yea and disappear a little but it's all apart of the game
What I wouldn’t give to be 39. I’ll be 49 in October and I fell in love with bodybuilding (natural) a few years back. This lifestyle saved my life.
Listened to this while in the shower and couldn’t stop laughing at the last bit 😂 what timing
Man the mentality U guys have and have spread is amazing and how much U have helped me personally and I bet a million other people! Thank you for continuing to be U bro!
Love fall over here in western pa. Mount pleasant pa here brother. I'm the same, love being leaned out in the summer and thick and bulked up for fall and winter! Get it!!!!
Bro, I could watch your videos all day. I live in Idaho and get to live in the outdoors anytime I want. Watching this video about the entry level training videos hit a spot I was in about 15 years ago. I hit 315 lbs and had to take breathes just to tie my damn work boots. I decided I needed a change. It took me 7 years to lose 100 lbs but when I first started I heard everyone say do super sets, bro, I didn’t know what the hell that even meant back then. An entry level training video would be amazing for people like I used to be to not be afraid to get in the gym. Love the content
from fellow 84 dude. Fucking last chance to go full THICK monster! Olympia Quality! Lets go!!!!
Real guy giving real shit. This is what we need. Thank you.
Good for you man, I love the idea that you would document this for the benefit of others. If you look at all the influencers now it feels like most of them are just showing off. Which is great nothing wrong with that but rarely are they bringing others in to “get like them”. Congrats on your successful hunt and thank you for your dedication to the craft and your caring towards your community.
Sounds awesome. Can't wait to see what unfolds from this.
Seth is still a monster. Enjoy his love of life and get you some attitude!! Hell yeah Mr. Feroce
Seth Feroce is Awesome! I wish I had that positive attitude and energy all the time, especially during hard lifts.
You always make me laugh , thats great on a Monday . Thanks
seth im in the UK and have been following for time, thank you for all that you do for us all as you put out a lot of info and you do not have to so thank you so much for your time and effort cant wait for this next chapter
Very motivating, real, but what stands out is his Thankfulness to things he's around, life is good if you can see it,My Man!! 💪
Hey Seth. 41 here. 245 pounds. Ran a half marathon this past summer at said weight, 2h32m not a great time, not a terrible time. I’m a big weight trainer as well, 315 on the bench for a few a couple days later. 30 pull up PR set recently. Real pull ups. Brown belt in BJJ. I run, lift, grapple. As someone who came from a lifting only background for years.. there’s nothing better than being pretty good at a lot of things, rather than just great at one. Go live your life, we know it goes fast. Life is a brief spark arising from infinite dark. Burn your small spot in the space-time backdrop.
I completely agree. I killed my first Elk last year in AZ. Was incredible experience. Ill never forget it. Ill be doing it every year now
Found your channel this week and your energy is awsome! Watch your videos before every gymsession every day! Motivational!
I genuinely need this, sad I know but I lost my way from stage and routine to given 100% to my family and 0% to my self as I'm an all or nothing guy but will be coming back on line wile you do to, keep this content coming please 🙏
Putting family before ur most passionate personal interests is awesome. Massive respect to you brother
This dudes vibe is a few drinks on a good afternoon. Good Shit
Seth is a beast I just started following this guy keep up the content bro
Congratulations on your elk hunt in my home state. Cheers!
Really awesome to see this video this morning. I was just chatting this morning with my gym buddy who own the gym I attend. I am going back to basics. Eating. Lifting. Life. I am excited to see what you have in store. I can use your motivation.
Seth you are simply the best brother. I’ve never related and felt closer to someone I’ve never met. Keep dominating life.
Fuck yes. 1 my idols . Can't wait to see some more bodybuilding videos. 90% of the time I play your videos while trainin
Thank you for this, had a couple good laughs. This dispells the myth that cardio burns off your muscle.
The fact your only 204 and that stacked! Holy crap! Insane, congrats . Watch your health they need ya. Do what you love bro 🎉
I am extremely ready for this new content. Great idea. Hybrid training would also be a very interesting topic to hear about.
I love being shredded in winter and put on weight over warm season...i can be shredded when summer starts and be 'lazy' over summer with booze and still be kinda lean by the end of summer
I needed this. Thank you Seth.
There's nobody like Seth Feroce. We love you man. Glad you're getting back to making workout videos again. Really dig your personality and what you stand for. Keep beeing you!
I remember picking up a flex magazine or a muscular development when I was 18 and seen you, Flex Lewis, and maybe Ben pakulski just absolutely yoked! Tree trunks and traps lol. Love the honesty and your content ✌️
Ready to get back to the bodybuilding basics for my winters bulk!
i randomly stumbled on this channel a while back and i'm glad i did Seth is the fuckin man
Dude is crazy lol🤣 good shit bro! Enjoy and be safe💪🏼🤟🏼
Good morning, Seth. ❤
Stay the way you are, better for your health.
And looks way better
Time to get crazy. Clangin and bangin!
Yes! Looking forward to this. Like you im a short mofo with similar fat distribution. Love your content. From London, UK.
Yes new content and perfect timing. Congrats on the harvest!
I would LOVE to see you back on stage!!!
Great rant Seth, big love form the UK, we don’t have Elks in England and bows are illegal in public, (as are guns), but I really understand and believe your workout videos, and most of what you preach works for me - so keep it up, I learn something every time I watch you, and I’m the wrong side of 50 !
People would love to be where your at Seth 204 and lean. You look great. Here I am talking to myself they way you do! Lol 😂 but I'm only 175 and 42. Much love to you Seth and all you do! HWMF!
Seth your the man ! Thank you for being real and I’m ready for the journey too
I recently go back in lifting weights to better for myself and for my family. I unfortunately sustained a strained trap and I was wondering if you could do a video on how you manage injuries when you lift both from the physical side of it and the mental aspect. Keep up the good shit Seth and thanks for the inspiration you provide.
Looking forward to this!
Love this idea. It feels like everyone has gone so far towards the "science based" side of training content that they go over the head of some that just want to train and grow
I say fuck it and do it!!!! I am 58 years old and weight train 4-5 days a week. I love doing Seth sets and Meadows sets. Go get after it.
I'm 51 homeboy. I just got back , cuz my body hurt. Train passed it baby. I love training. I'm a pro archer. I love pushing my bodies limits even at this age
Alaska! Hell yeah bro that’s bad ass!
Seth you are an infectious person every time I watch a video I leave with a better outlook on life. That’s a special talent my man.. hope to meet you one day
Do what you love because we all love, live for training. We all love the AAR clothing that is focused around training.
John Meadows will be proud, someone who took his incredible job on his shoulders and continues his story. Big luv Seth!
Seth looking at his own A** saying "it amazes me" was so wholesome and funny....Yes Seth, "Good times"
Keep crushing it
Thick boy season is the best! Mid forties now don’t bounce back as fast as my youth for the spring shed! But steak is good, great vid
My dream had my own Mowing Business next season Summer love it so much need Start Workouts again
Good shit. Looking forward to it
Your inner monologue is a thing of beauty. The random thoughts are where it’s at.
At least he has a head start im at 165 shoveling food in and trying to gain weight back. Lost 25 pounds of extra weight going keto and now and trying to gain good weight back. Slow process. South PA here, enjoy fall!
The difference between you bodybuilding and NOT is so little to outsiders bro. You look amazing old man.
Can't wait for the videos on the new Seth. Love this man!!
We always go back to the gear. Once you experience it , its just no turning back. Tried to quit three times in 18 years
I live and work in NC but i have a house in Quinwood WV so down Sandstone mountain, my neighbor is an archery hunter, he had a huge target in his backyard and when i am there he is outside from time to time when he has times and feels like fooling around
Great video bro, thanks for the info and the motivation! Glad to hear we’re goin with ya on the journey 🤘🏼
