Great video and tips. But i just have one question. Why no color and distinctive visuals ? I really hate those boring white full text CV's. It just doesn't make sense!. Maybe I'm too creative for this kind of job. But hey, I thought looking at data and asking relevant questions, being ingenious and generating insights required creativeness. I guess we just need a good dose of 'business as usual'...

The field is conservative in nature.

Consulting firms want their staff to project a professional image. Professional implies serious, structured, clean, clear, organized, crisp, etc. Resumes with logo and visuals tend to be messy and distracting. Unless you are a professional graphic designer able to put together a beautiful design that meets the standards of professionalism I listed above, I would abstain! There is just no upside and too much risk to get it wrong.

Why British accent? It sounds classy at first but gets irritating very quickly.
