After my first test with the Hiqmar eFin • Hiqmar iSUP e-FIN 1st ... Bill Higham Marine @highamsimon sent me a replacement motor. I charged up the battery and I took it out on the same stretch of water in as similar conditions as was possible to test it out!
I must add here that Bill Higham Marine and in particular Aled who I've been dealing with, have been brilliant at helping me get this going.

I did purchase one from Bill cost £450 but it wouldn’t fit my Bluefin, so I had a full refund minus my postage

Well I think it's sorted now. I did what I said in this video - charged it up with the new charger and took it out on Sunday. It ran for over 1.5hrs, most of that in Sport Mode and I did 5.28 miles. I suspect the power pack was the fault all along and perhaps the battery itself needed conditioning with a few charges.

@marklucas3025 whilst I'm not fully sure, I did what I said in this video and swapped the charger over. So, it might have been the charger and/or it could have been that the battery needed 'conditioning'.

Thanks for posting. Do you have any idea how I get mine working again when the watch battery dies? Out of warranty now. I just can’t find anything and can’t see you needing but a complete new set up when everything else is fine…..Cheers

Shame you still have issues with it, mine has been running fine for over 4 months now. Personally, I think the supplier should have sent a complete replacement package,

I think I paid about £450.
