- You have to go! It was beautiful!!
Grap a cuppa! - this video is about 30 mins long! But please give it a chance!
Join me as I take advantage of some fabulous weather and discover just how beautiful Anglesey off the north coast of Wales really is.
My third backpacking trip takes me to some wonderful beaches and rugged coastline, watching jets from RAF Valley, and some glorious scenery at the South Stack Lighthouse near the tip of the island.
Despite a little mishap caught on GoPro early on, this turns into one of my most fabulous trips to date. Anglesey kept suprising me. A little Gem!
First upload for a while, thanks if you have recently subscribed - and welcome along. A mix of biking, wildcamping and hiking adventures await, with plenty more to come.
Welcome along for the ride, I really hope you enjoy! Please leave a message, I endeavour to always reply to everyone - Good or bad!
All the best and thanks for stopping by
Adam

Anglesey is the best pace in the world can’t wait for summer !!
Absolutely! Roll on Summer 😜
Lovely, thank you.
Very welcome - Thank you MisterG 😃
Wow! That coastline....
It was! A fabulous trip! Thanks for watching 😀
That view of a beach, no matter how nice the beach may be, is never ever, worth a crash! Ever! So easy to sustain an injury or bike damage which may well spoil the trip for you and those with you. So concentrate , be careful and enjoy yourself. Thanks for a great vid.
What can I say! Yep, intent on Not doing that again 😂 Thanks for watching, all the best Adam 👍
Brilliant! Enjoyed watching - thanks!
Thanks for watching Stu! 👍
Day off work as not to grand. Watched this video. Beautiful scenery. Very envious. Some stunning images there fella. Really enjoyed this video 👍
Sorry to hear you are not too grand... Thanks for watching - it was a fabulous trip...! Hope you feel better soon 👍
Really enjoyed watching that 👍
Thanks Gary! I really enjoyed riding... & editing it! Cheers for watching - Adam
Carry on screaming is my fav carry on film.
Very nicely put together vlog.
Very kind thank you. "Frying Tonight" 😜
Watched this twice now and really enjoy your films. That path out of Holyhead goes all the way to Cardiff as Sustrans route 8. I did it in 2018 and can really recommend it.
Wow I didn't know that! Excellent! Thanks Adrian, appreciate you watching and comments - Merry Christmas - Adam 👍
Great video, a really enjoyable watch 👍🏻
Thanks James appreciated 😀
Love it there spent many weekends there in my scuba diving days and still go camping
I hope you get some good weather for the trip 😫
Thanks for sharing enjoyed it .
Very welcome - thanks for watching 😀
Superb !
Thank you, it really was a fab trip! Regards Adam 😀
Nice one. We had a walk around the South Stack and Hollyhead mountain last year. It was stunning. If you ever go back I think you'd enjoy a stroll around there 😀
Absolutely I bet, I would love to rtn one day and dona full hike around there! Thanks for watching Brian 👍 Adam
Great vid, really enjoyed it. Stunning scenery and what gorgeous weather you had 👍
Thank you Mat - Unbelievable weather - Felt like I was in the med!! Thanks for watching 😃
Only just seen your ride well done on a very nice and interesting ride round my now home place of Anglesey thank you.
Very welcome William, thanks for watching 😀
Looks like a great experience/adventure, well put together video as always
Cheers dude - much appreciated 😜
Looks like a fantastic trip and really great weather. Thanks for sharing 👍
That's kind of you, thank you Craig appreciated Adam

Thank you 😀
Wow Adam you’ve really done a great job with this one, a fantastic journey and a pleasure to watch 👍
Thank you Mark, kind words that are much appreciated, all the best Adam 😀
Great video, stunning scenery. Takes e back to when my Gran used to live on Anglesey, forgotten how nice a place it is
Pleased that it evokes memories! Tis a great place indeed! Appreciate your words thanks Graeme 😀
Great video. I'm more of an off-road rider but this had plenty of appeal. Thanks for taking the time to make and post it.
Appreciate your comments Dave, I was always off-road, but got drawn to the dark side... But it proved to have its moments 😉 Thanks for watching Adam 👍
@@justgetoutthereguy My pleasure. Just subscribed. Keep on pedalling!
Great and inspiring video, great place to see. I wish I could go bike packing in Wales some day!
Kind words thank you. I hope you can visit and bikepack Wales one day too! Thanks for commenting. Adam 😀
Just discovered your channel- that was really good on so many fronts. I'm lucky enough to live there, to cycle to kayak, to walk this lovely area. The beach you discovered was once a lifeboat station. You'll appreciate how tough those old boys were to even get over the headland and down there let alone row out- especially if the seas were angry.
Worth pointing out to anyone else who wants to recreate your journey that at the moment Wales is very firmly in lockdown unlike England. Locals and police are taking a dim view of visitors travelling in at the moment. We have basically one hospital serving a massive area of North Wales with only 11 ICU beds. No facilities are available- carparks barred off. Please be patient and we'll see you on the other side.
Hi Derek Thank you so much for watching my video, glad you enjoyed it! I uploaded this in July 2019 - obviously totally unaware of the unprecidented events that were subsequently to unfold some 8 months later. But you make a valid point about the current retrictions in Wales, and by no means would I like to think that people will ignore these restrictions on the back of my video! (I will edit the video info and mention the current restrictions)
I had a truly amazing time - I am fascinated to hear that there was a a lifeboat station at the 'Secret beach' that I discovered - they were brave men indeed.
I have such fond memories of your beautiful island, thanks again for watching, regards Adam 😀
@@justgetoutthereguy Cheers. Forgot to say, obviously I subscribed for another dose of adventure.
The test whenever you fall is if you check the bike before yourself. You know you're alright if you do it like that. Great video. ATB Andy
That is a great analargy! Thanks Andy - Adam 👍

Well worth a return visit! Amazing place, but fair to say the weather was a big contributing factor! Best bikepack by far! Thanks yet again for watching more of my video's - All the best - Adam
A brilliant video. Really enjoyed watching this, had many family holidays in Anglesey (Benllech) when I was a kid and I guess never appreciated the beauty. I must go back soon !!
Great work mate 👌
I am glad it bought back memories, hope you get back soon. Thanks for watching and comments ATB Adam 😀
What a great video, this is one I'm going to do myself after watching this.
I definitely had the weather on my side! It was amazing! Thanks for watching Wayne 👍 Adam
Another great video, that looked so nice, the water, the little beach , the campsite the sunshine, there's a lot to be said for fair weather camping. Inspired, hope fully do my first bike pack if we ever get back to normal this summer.
Absolutely, the weather plays a key part on trips, particularly on a bike - not so bad hiking. Yes keep an eye on the weather forecast when planning trips... And Anglesey was amazing 👍
Hi! Another great video. Thoroughly enjoyable viewing. Anglesey looks like a superb destination for a few days spinning around.
My wife and I are off out on our first trip tomorrow, so seeing your video has added to our excitement!
Thanks for sharing, and I'm glad your knee's healing.

Apologies for late reply... Thank you so much, and I hope you enjoyed your first trip. My wife not really a cyclist or camper, so no chance of her coming with me 😂 All the best to you both Adam
New subscribers here just stumbled across you channel, this looks a fantastic ride with some amazing scenery thanks for your time videoing and uploading 👍
Hey thank you so much!! Haven't Bikepacked in a while - But hope to this spring! Welcome along & thanks again - Adam 😀
Nice video, lucky with the weather for sure. That insta 360 footage still blows my mind!
I still don't think I have used it to its full potential yet! Really glad to have it! Cheers Simon 👍
Fantastic video which brought back fond memories of camping in Holyhead, and Kayaking and sailing around Treaduur Bay. A back packing trip I must do ASP . I forgot how nice Anglsey is. Thanks for sharing

Thank you Jo 😀
I'm watching this yet again , back where it started for me 😁😁
Haha that's great thank you 👌🏻 It has to be one of my favourite edits 😜
Great video - I love your politeness and courtesy. Costs nothing but goes a very long way. Nice one, really enjoyed it. I had planned on a bike pack around the coast of the UK when I retired after a 30 year career. I got a dog instead and can only dream !!
Hi Paul. Very kind words which are much appreciated. As the owner of 2 crazy but beautiful Spaniels - I bet you wouldn't be without your dog now though!!? They can be a restriction at times, but I wouldn't be without mine!! What about doing the coast in stages? I want to do the great Northern trail from Ashbourne in Derbyshire to top of Scotland - too much in one hit, so I am going to break it into sections... Thanks for watching and comments - all the best - Adam 👍
@@justgetoutthereguy Morning Adam - The Coast to Coast is on the list of things to do in 2020 but most likely as a hike (with my spaniel :-)). I think I am going to have to break it down into chunks as opposed to a two week + adventure. Looking forward to getting out and about again but the mercury is suggesting otherwise at the moment !!
@@mrskinflint99 Absolutely! Not exactly inspiring with the weather at the moment! Well all the best Paul and thanks for being in touch 😃
Just stunning vid mate ,glad I found your channel
Music to my ears - cracking compliment, really appreciated - thank you Steve 👍
Beautiful videography my friend I love the area .
Thank you Gordon kind words - helped with beautiful weather too! - appreciated 👍
Hi, love watching your videos! I'm a fairly experienced bike tourer and bike packer currently trapped at uni, so it reminds me of time out on the open road!
Hey that's great! Well as you can see, my inexperience is obvious - but I love it! I have a new panier set now which I hope to use soon, I cannot wait! All the best at Uni, and thanks for watching and commenting - Happy New year! Adam 😀
Great video mate! Looks like a really nice area.
Thanks Joshua, it really was! Cheers for watching & commenting 👍
Brilliant vid....well presented Adam. I will look at your other stuff after this comment and subscribe. Keep this stuff up!
Thank you so much! Under the stars again as I speak! Thanks for watching 👍
MInd the gap!!
Bit of a schoolboy error, good of you put it on film for our amusement. Its not a mistake you will make twice.
I'm in favour of all kit on the bike, and nothing on my back. But you need a entire bag for your super cool camera gear i reckon.
Great bit of filming, the weather gods were good to you on that one.
Ha Ha cheers Gary! - Reckon it will be on my mind the next gates I tackle... Appreciate the advice - Agreed, backpacks are a no go when on a longish trip. In fairness I will eventually get some better quality pannier bags, with room for camera equipment. Appreciate your wisdom - All the best - Adam 👍
Great video. First started watching your videos due to Cannock chase MTB but really like the these ones and all your others.
Keep up the great videos 👍
Ricki that is very kind thank you! Great to know you were there at the beginning with all those Cannock video's! The CX bike and hiking have kind of taken over now, great to still have you along - much appreciated Adam 👍
Some of the shots with the insta add so much more depth, makes me feel like I'm really there. Love the videos mate getting me through lockdown!
Thanks Tom, that's kind! Yes that insta camera really does add something - it's why I bought it, I always knew I wanted to add another dimension to my films, without the expensive drone root!! I still don't think I have maximised it's full potential yet ! Thanks again all the best Adam 👍
only just found this channel and currently binge watching your bikepacking vlogs to give me some ideas when this lockdown ends...great vlogs mate
Very kind David. Just cannot wait to get out and document some more. All the best and here is to getting back out there soon 👍
Another great adventure shame about the crash right at the start of the journey, and I'm glad to see you have levelled off that rear rack ;) i know i wont be the only one happy to see it :)
Ian Floyd - just occasionally, a message slips through the net - and yours did. So sorry! Thanks for taking the trouble to watch and comment. And indeed I fear you are right, amazing how the leveling of a bike rack can make so many sigh with relief 😂😜 Thanks again! All the best Adam 👍
Fantastic video. Anglesey looks stunning especially on a sunny day. Thanks for sharing 👍🏻
Thanks Darren - I have to say I was blown away by how great it looked - thanks for watching and comments 👍 Adam
Anglesey is stunning, we go there a lot.
Great video but you’ve got to go back to the other side of the island, you won’t be disappointed!
All the best and keep them coming.
Kind words thank you Howard. And I will return at some point. Just hope I can get the same weather! All the best Adam 😀
Your doing what I love just cycling enjoying the views chilling on the campsites knowing I'm not in risk of being moved off or fined and a hot shower is always great after 40 degree days
No danger of 40 degree days in the UK!! Thank you so much for watching, appreciate your comments. I cannot wait to get back out Bikepacking soon. All the best - Adam 😀
Great posting your videos, just a mention, I use wall insulation covering and make rough sleeping bag.
flexible aluminium bonded onto a 3mm foam lining, weighs nothing and super warm. lasts a couple of months and then I pull more out of building site rubbish site bins. Survival over looks for sure, but money saved is a longer trip.
And not many people could say they had a 10yr cycling trip..
Brilliant!! 10 yr cycling trip? I wish. Cover some mileage there... DIY sleeping bags, never heard of that b4! If it works for you... Great - Thanks for watching & contact - appreciated 👍
Great vlog again Adam. It must be hard going with all that kit strapped to the bike.
Don't really notice on the flat, but steep hills bit of an effort! Thanks for watching 👍 Adam
Great video. Hoping to start bikepacking myself next spring, just starting to accumulate all the gear. If you do ever go back to Anglesey, Moelfre is a lovely little village with a cracking pub and close by is a campsite that is set on the gorgeous Lligwy Beach.
Thanks Andy, appreciated - All the best with your bikepacking too! Happy new Bikepacking year!
I use a trailer for longer tours- 3 days or more. A single wheeled Bob trailer is ideal. A tour of Cymru is on my list for the future.
Thanks for watching - all the best with future tours ATB Adam 👍
I used to love going out on my mountain bike but got sick to death of flat tyres, so ended up selling it in the end. Always good to meet up with an informative local who turns out to be a top man! Well worth a stop at the RAF station and my grandson would have loved getting up close to those planes. Haha loved the Tiny Planet and a great place for hike down to the secret beach. One thing I always had on every hike I had was a bell, so many now do not have them and I hate being surprised by a biker, who is on you before you hear them. You certainly picked the weather for a few days away mind, cheers Alan
Hi Alan, thanks so much - it was a fabulous trip - yes I seem getting more and more drawn to this Bikepacking lark! Just ticks so many boxes! Of course it does help when the weather is as good as it was for me on this trip! Yes I am a sucker for jets, gutted I didn't get any close up video - As for the camera, the insta 360, so pleased with it, gives me a lot of options, feel like I am scratching the surface with it..!! Thanks as ever Alan, all the best to ya - Adam 👍
@Dave McDaverson - thanks for the information 👌
@Dave McDaverson 7 flats a day? Wow! Can see why you went tubeless!
Adam, stunning Camera work making for a stunning video. Fair play, that was one heck of a crash you had!
Hi Mark, thank you. Yes what a plonker! Forgetting I was a bit wider than normal, and not just my waistline 🤣 Was a great adventure though. Thanks as ever, all the best mate - Adam
Great video Adam , I'm about the same level as yourself in terms of bike touring , with my last one similar to this trip , I'm sure you'll agree you learn fast when out there doing it , l have the same tent as your own ,great little tent , if you don't mind I'll give you a few tips which I picked up while on similar adventures , keep gear of your body and on the bike , on shorter tours ditch the cooking gear and buy meals from shops , much nicer to eat , cuts out a lot of work , if you can go for a touring specific bike , they are a lot more stable when loaded up , the triple chainrings make hills a breeze, finally watch the weight of your gear , hope these tips help Adam , keep the vidoes coming ,look forward to the next one , I'll maybe see you on the road someday !
Regards from Ireland.
Hi Shane thanks for watching & tips. The cooking I kind of enjoy - I am aware I carry far too much stuff - But as I progress with bikepacking (& wildcamp hiking too) I am looking to replace gear with lighter equivalants - As I mentioned the sleeping bag for starters! And I am looking to replace the old faithful Cobra with a lighter weight 1 man tent - saving over a kg straight away. But it's all money, and I am not going to rush - it will be a gradual process - I am just so glad to have discovered such a fabulous passtime that ticks so many boxes!! ATB & thanks again Shane - Adam 😀
Had the urge to do this for a while, just gradually buying some kit to make it reality, your videos have inspired me even more....keep up the good work. Olly
Thanks Olly, fab, yes you won't regret it - give it a go! As you see on this video I was so lucky with the weather, my advice would be look for a window of opportunity on the forecasts, if it had been tipping down with rain, not sure I would have even made this video! Let me know how you get on. All the best Adam 👍
Nice video, also very handy is I live right next to Anglesey so I can just cycle whenever the weather allows it
Thank you! Yes you are very lucky to have that on your doorstep! Thanks for watching - Adam 👍
A'll give that a few good rings of the bike bell Adam. I think you've found your niche mate. Beautiful ride on many fronts. Yeah I reckon that is a classic smuggling cove. All the best and have a great week. Mark
Thanks as ever Mark - appreciated. It was a fabulous trip, and something I intend on doing again, in different parts of the country - hopefully abroad sometime! Hope you are well, all the best to you 😉
Hey yeah that would be good to see Adam. A pleasure to comment and watch.
Yet another cracking trip. Getting bike pack envy now lol. Hope the leg healed up ok?
Hi Tim, just a small cut, but ABX soon sorted out the infection - Bike pack envy? I had that a lot, so went out myself, and loved it! Do it!! Thanks for watching and comments Adam 😀
Fantastic video really enjoying bike packing adventures in doing quite a bit my self now and I'm in Scotland if you ever come Scotland on adventure we may meet atb
Thanks Ian much appreciated. Would love to come up to bikepack Scotland one day! Not sure if you have seen my Loch Grannoch wildcamp video? That was a great trip too! Take a look! Thanks for comments - all the best Adam 😀

Thanks for taking the time to put together such an awesome edit of your trip👊
Plonker is an understatement 🙈 Never mind - I won't forget next time.... or will I?! Infection cleared up pretty quick with antibiotics thankfully!! Thanks for watching & commenting 😜
Loving the videos mate. Just subbed! Another bike packer to watch is Patrick Thibaut, he actually modifies his bike frame for his trips! Also, Adam Hugill. I've added you to my CZcams list of bike packers! Come down to Devon when you've got a chance!
Great welcome along Will, appreciated 😀 will check out Patrick and namesake Hugill too! Cheers, all the best Adam 👍
Nice trip in Anglesey :-) Did your panniers catch you out at gate mate ?
Embarrassing to admit but yes. Hook line and sinker! 🙈🤣
Love this! Have you cycled the other side yet?
Not yet! I will return one day! Hopefully planning the Isle of Wight this summer... If lockdown allows! Thanks for watching 😀 Adam
Great video what a stunning place to visit! If your looking to lighten the load you may wish to check out the Naturehike Cloud up 2 ultralight tent. I went with this for bike packing as my Vango although fantastic was just too heavy/bulky. You will be amazed at the packed size and weight. Looking forward to seeing your next trip 🙂xxx
Thank you so much Julie, kind of you 😃 I have looked at the naturehike cloud 2 but had been led to believe it is only a 3 season, not 4 season tent, so no good for winter camping? Please enlighten me! I am willing to be convinced!! Thanks for watching and comments, kind regards Adam
The Midlife Crisis Guy it’s 3 season the extra mesh ventilation mean it would be cold for winter camps when it’s nice to close yourself in a bit more. I don’t camp when it’s freezing but if I did I would want the vango. It would withstand any amount of rain and wind though. I am amazed at the internal space for such a tiny lightweight tent. It’s huge. Hope that helps a bit.
@@juliejinky It does, thank you. I do like the tent very much, as you say perhaps continue with my trusted Coleman Cobra for winter, and possibly the Nature hike for the rest of the year... 🤔 Thanks Julie, no doubt I will video whatever I end up doing 😂
Hello,
As you originally planned a ride around the island may I be cheeky to ask if you had a route you can share with details of any further campsites? Of course may be difficult to find a vacant spot this year!
This is the campsite I stayed at blackthornfarm.co.uk/ was a perfect place to stop, great as a first day destination - I will try and find the route...
Another great video Adam, i really enjoyed viewing it, you have a nice relaxing style, well done
Hi Tom, kind words which are much appreciated. Thank you ATB Adam
Nice video, we've done that trip ourselves but alas in a car, just as well as the weather was appalling. Anglesey does need the weather. A couple of questions if I may. What do you do about power. phone chargers, camera chargers etc and what's the situation about parking ? Can you 'buy' 2 or 3 days at a time ?
Hi,thanks for watching, well as I only did the one night, power bank was enough for phone, GoPro etc. Any longer and I am sure you could charge at camp sites.. as for parking was free overnight! All the best - Adam 😀
right, theis the 3rd video of yours ive clicked on......... and.... im about 4 mins into it......but if you end up camped at the same campsite i was camped at when i was in agenlsey......i willl be seriously freaked out !!! haha.....you did indeed pass through ( almost ) where i had camped
These coincidences are getting a bit freaky!
That Anglesey trip was fabulous! Sadly the last decent one I have done - but more in the pipeline though ☝️
Just watched this for the second time, enjoyed it even more! Seeing how amazing those roads and views look, I can't wait to get the opportunity to cycle on that beautiful island. Anglesey has been on my cycling wish list for some time and I am hoping that I can find my cycling mojo again after an unmotivated 2020. I just love the insta360 you have, especially the fluidity of movement it has. It seems to rotate and tilt in random patterns, is this built-in or are you controlling that movement?
Hi Chris, thanks for getting in touch. I too have been desperate to be reacquainted with my cycling mojo again - so far so good, between my shifts on off days I am alternating between treadmill and trips out on my CX bike (as my daily exercise!) Determined to get bikefit again so hopefully then being able to bikepack in the summer (fingers crossed!) As for the amazing 360 It's all in the editing. It took a while to comprehend, but operation is just holding it up! You choose the view', the pans the zooms, the pan outs - when editing, it really is amazing the choice of shots you get with it. It really is an incredible bit of kit. Take a look at when I first got it here! czcams.com/video/WOWDU3L5Vcg/video.html ATB Chris - Adam 👍
@@justgetoutthereguy Adam, you are doing way better than me! We've not had a treadmill for years now but we do have the Longdendale Trail in the Peak District on our doorstep, which I have neglected to use these past months. My gravel bike has been sitting in a warm house (yes in the house) all winter so I think it's time to steadily get a few miles in, weather permitting (fair weather cyclist - not ashamed to admit either). I watched the insta 360 video - brilliant; genius the way it works. I have to get one of these when funds allow. In the mean time there's a few more of your hiking videos to watch. Thanks and keep up the great work!
@@ChrisS-nw3ox Know what you mean about the funds.... I have my sights on a Canon M50 now.... money money!! All the best - Adam
Hi bud love your videos your 360 footage is brilliant!! just purchased my first road bike recently and would love to do something like this. do you have any tips or tricks for planning/doing a ride like this? cheers!
Hi Richard - really appreciate comments thank you - To be completely honest, I didn't really plan ahead too much - I had got into a bit of Wildcamping anyway, so just adding the bike into the equation just made sense! They go together so well - that is if you want to get into Bikepacking, or touring not even sure wot the correct terminology is!! But I would recommend perhaps prebooking a campsite on any longer trips - I prefer to have a 'proper' campsite rather than Wildcamping purely for the showers and facilities which generally are welcome after a days riding! Maybe start local just a short ride initially just to check you have adequate kit, that's what I did. Let me know how you get on 👍 All the best - Adam
@@justgetoutthereguy thanks for the quick reply! will let you know how i get on, look forward to future videos :)
good video again....... you up for a "duo" bike packing trip next year? maybe.........north wales? i know quite a lot of good routes there ;-)
Hey Matt - Cheers - But I have quite a bit lined up already! (Subject to restrictions) But hopefully we can all get out soon - Appreciate you watching my vids - All the best - Adam
Great video. You've had the Cobra tent for a couple of years now, so would I be right in thinking you'd recommend it? Thanks.
Hi, yep had the cobra a while now, seen a few campaigns! It is a durable reliable tent. But I confess I am now looking to 'lighten' the load a bit now, with riding and hiking further afield, I am on the lookout for something a bit smaller and lighter. But. It is a fab tent! Im curious. Whats your mic setup. And since this video are you still using it. How do you handle weather (with regard to mic)
Hi David. Now I am curious myself! For this trip I believe I used an external mic into the GoPro 4, when editing I realised it came through as mono only on one speaker. Consequently, through FCPX I checked the option to 'dual mic' which splits the mono signal, still not stereo, but comes out of both speakers! Hope this helps! I now have the GP 8 with much better audio options! Thanks for watching 👍
In fact David, I fully explain my audio set up on this video! czcams.com/video/uAWd0BSEukA/video.html
@@justgetoutthereguy thanks mate. Im looking at similar setup. Though I have the GP8 and its audio is fantastic and the stabilization insane I want the ability to record audio thoughts on the fly regardless of where I mounted the camera or even if the camera is mounted/running. Hi Chris, that's fab thanks for watching, and comments - I will track you down, I do intend to come back some day, would like to do the North coast! I will check out your website, all the best - Adam - MLCG!
Looks like cycle touring rather than bikepacking
Why can't I call it bikepacking? Always amazes me when people want to be so specific! To me my backpacks are on my bike so bikepacking! Guess it really doesn't matter! But thanks for watching anyway - appreciated 👍
@@justgetoutthereguy It's a fair point I get why you do it. Cycle touring, in fact road cycling full stop, has never interested me. I look for off road bikepacking stories. Hence, when I see something labled bikepacking I take a look, but as soon as as I see it's road based I lose interest, not your fault, so don't take it personally! But just appreciate I'm not intersted in road based touring, sorry. Maybe off road bikepacking should be labelled as such, or even 'wild' bikepacking!! Cheers
@@mikeraine1193 No problem Mike! I do know what you mean. I used to switch off at the mention of road biking!! But alas after a few nasty injuries (&time off work!) I figured my crazy MTB quest for going as fast as possible had to end!! Hence I felt a happy medium was a CX bike, to still embrace off road where possible! Anyway - appreciate your contact - you have a great weekend regards - Adam
Same thing, touring packing whatever
Antibiotics!? lmao
