Appreciate the really good Review and thanks for showing all the "small" details!
Eachine should reward you for this as it helped me make my decision which Gogles to buy!
Keep looking forward for more Reviews from you
Greetings from Germany,
Otter
Hello and thanks so much for your feedback. I´m glad I was able to help. Well, I do get the products for free, so I guess that's my reward. Happy flying! Cheers.
Looking forward to part 2 of this review
thank you for showing the menu, that's what I was curious about.
Hello. You are welcome. I´m glad I was able to help. Cheers.
Do these have a video out for external recording?
How immersive are these I want to use them with my phantom 3 advanced I have the hdmi module installed
Very good I bought one today I must receive in 30 days, here in Brazil, and I will do a review in Portuguese (so far does not have any for this model), I will use yours as a mirror. Thank you very much and congrants..
Hello. Great! Looking forward to seeing your videos. Cheers.
Hi, I have watched many of your video's and you pick up on details on similar products that others fail to mention. Those details have been very helpful as I am new to flying quads and recently learning FPV with the Eachine goggles featured in this video. Can you explain how to move the battery and channel display to the center of the screen. I'd appreciate it if you can help. Thank you.
Is there a way to select the video input from the VTX, or from HDMI, or from the analog 1/4" jack? How the goggle knows the video to use?
Hello. Yeah, there is a button on the side that allows your to change between AV, HDMI, analogue. Cheers.
You've done it again, another fantastic review. Almost the perfect goggle, Only thing that seems to be missing is for us that wear glasses, there doesn't seem to be any way to focus or can you wear your glasses while using the goggles?
Hello, I appreciate your feedback. Indeed! I should have talked about that as well. I think it won't be possible to use them with glasses. I myself wear glasses, but I have mild myopia, just about -2.0, so I never wear glasses when flying FPV, but it should be a different story for people who suffer from long-sightedness. Cheers.
Drones Visual why can't you wear contacts?
Great another pair of goggles that I'm interested but sounds like it not good if you can't see well up close. Is the view as if you were to hold your iPhone like 5 inches in front of your face or is the clarity different. I don't wear reading glasses but have to hold a book further back to read than I used to. Is this the problem with all the fav goggles.
Hello. The screen is great, of course the screen of an iPhone is much sharper and the colours are mind blowing, but yeah it would be a fair equivalent. Cheers.
Drones Visual hey thx for the reply, I guess my question would be is it as if your looking at your iPhone from 5-6" to your face because I can't read mine that close or is it different the way the goggles are built because of the internal lenses?
The lens inside is what helps you focus on the screen.
really good review
Hello. I´m glad you liked. Cheers.
Hi there, please recommend the FPV camera and transmitter to use with this Goggles Two.
Hello. Will you be using it in an FPV racer? and if yes, what size will the racer be? Cheers.
I have three drons: Robocat 270, Tarot 250H and DYS 250, can you please help me to choose camera. My main concern is should it be 700TVL or 1000 TVL, to take advantage of HD screen in this goggles.
Have you considering staying in between with the 800TVL Runcam Eagle? With a 1000TVL you risk having a bit higher latency, so if you are really a hardcore pilot that might make a difference. In my case it does not, because I´m still far from that level. Cheers.
Great review. Thank you very much.
Hello. I´m glad you liked it. I appreciate your support. Cheers.
Drones Visual Does this feel lighter in weight than the d2 - v2 plastic $100 goggles?
Were you able to see " all of the Hubsan's flight telemetry " through the goggles ?
Hello. No, I was not able to see that. Cheers.
Hi mate you actually got 2 foam pieces of 2 different sizes to your liking, so you can choose witch one you prefer. You wanna use those wipes to clean the surface of the goggle before sticking the foam to it. Great video!
Hello and thanks for clarifying that. Didn't realize the foams were different. I´m glad you liked the video. Cheers.
Thanks for the review. I also have a Hubsan H501S and I'm looking for some Goggles. You said range is around 300 meters? Also how does the picture look compared to the cheaper 800x480 ones)
Hello. Yeah, about 300m with the stock antennas in an open field. The image quality is great, but of course the video feed many of this FPV quads send, does not have a high resolution. Cheers.
Great thanks, Will do this following mod, supposed to extend range to 2000m fpv.tv/hubsan-h501s-long-range-mod-easy-way/
Hello, yeah, the mod is nice. I just don't fly it so much nowadays, so I´m a bit lazy to do it :) Cheers.
Does the nose piece obstruct or interfere with viewing the screen? In the video your camera making the video shows the nose piece blocking the screen, when you actually wear the goggles does the nose piece go away???
Hello. No, it does not. In the video it looks like this because I can't insert the lens of the camera into the goggles. Cheers.
Drones Visual ok thats what i assumed
Excellent video, helped me make my decision on it
Hello. I´m glad I was able to help. Just remember you won't be able to wear the goggles with prescription glasses. Cheers.
Good review mate
Hello. I´m glad yo liked it. Cheers.
Hello. I´m glad yo liked it. Cheers.
Do you think there is enough foam on the insides to carve a smaller little groove to allow a pair of glasses to fit in there?
Hello. Do you mean enough foam between the Fresnel lens and the outer edges of the goggles? Cheers.
Drones Visual yes. to make room for some glasses to fit through the front. The foam that rests on the side of your head next to your eyes where glasses would rest. thanks!
I think there is enough space. But I will take a close look at it and try to measure it and send you the images so you can make an informed decision about them. Cheers.
Drones Visual thank you!
There is actually a video detailing exactly how to mod for eyeglasses. Search "eachine two mod".
If you do another review of Goggle Two, please test compatibility with DJI GO app for Phantom/Inspire/Matrice. The Goggle One would cut off the telemetry data of the Go app because the edges of the display sit in a slot, which covers the screen edges.
Hello. I will try doing that, but need to get a Phantom first. Cheers.
Next book 8a(android tablet) with hdmi output, connect goggles and adjust tablet screen size to fit goggle screen size. This gives u the flight app of any drone in your hdmi goggles...”bingo”
Is there lag or latency when using these? How do we minimize that?
Hello. Not noticeable to me, but perhaps some pilots flying much faster and more experienced than me might notice it. Cheers.
Do flyers generally like the "box" style goggles rather than headband "fatshark" style goggles?
Hello. That really depends. Most experienced pilots use Fatsharks or SkyZone style goggles, but some people don't find them comfortable. One of the main differences is that those smaller kinds they have two screens, while these large once only have one screen. I know some people that have issues with the two screens, as even after adjusting the distance between eyes, they keep seeing 2 screens; this does not happen with box ones. The problem with some the box ones would be that if you wear reading glasses and the goggles don't have any adjustment you will have problems focusing. Cheers.
I'm having a weird problem with mine every time I get static or break up my picture actually physically jumps around a little maybe like a quarter of an inch to 1/2 of an inch if I get some weird static or interference my image physically kind of shakes a little bit when the lines appear and then when I have clear video it's completely still I'm used to different goggles that when you get static they just appear across the screen and go away it never physically affects the image is anyone else having this issue I can't fly with them it's unflyable to me I'll stick to my original ev 800 that I have these just sit on my desk
can these be used with parrot skycontroller one HDMI?
Hello. These goggles have n HDMI input on the side. So you can connect a source of digital video. Cheers.
are these compatible with the imersionrc video transmiter
Hello. I believe they are, but I don't have such a transmitter to test. Cheers.
hope there is next version with DVR (better quality than VRD2 V2)
Hello. Yeah, let's hope so. Cheers.
las imágenes no son tuyas no? lo digo por la revista de china en la mesa y esas manos, etc...
Hola. Jjeje, sí, son mías. Es que estoy en China ;) Sí quieres ver mis videos en espanol, busca Torrente Digital. Saludos.
Is the display TFT or IPS? I can't find it in the specs.
Hello, that's a good question indeed. I didn't think about this. Let me check that out and I will get back to you. Cheers.
Thanks for looking into it! I saw one of the reviews said it was IPS, but I find it hard it hard to believe it's really IPS because the price is so cheap, and the viewing angle is listed as only 74-degrees, which is really narrow like a TFT screeen would be.
I saw another reviewer say the screen is actually 720P and not full 1080P, because their graphics driver on their PC was recognizing it as 720, but this could be a hardware issue with the video driver inside the googles. I suppose it doesn't matter if it's 720 instead of 1080 since we use analog 600/700 video for FPV anyway, but if you're paying for it...
Seems that indeed it's an IPS and the res is full HD, based on the latest intel I have received, but I´m wondering how to know for sure :D Cheers.
is it possible to use these with prescription goggles??
Hello. If you wear glasses, it won't be possible to wear both simultaneously. Cheers.
neal4254 I had the FX goggles and I wore glasses it technically worked but it wasn't comfortable on the nose. I got a set of Fat Shark dominator v1's and because I'm near sighted they still look clear, I would recommend contacts or diopters if you are far sighted.
I'm near sighted and the image seems blurred on these unless I move them away from my Head!! I have asked a few people in the Office who do not wear Glasses to try them out and they also say the image seems a little blurred. So I either have a faulty Headset or will have to look at a way into moving the internal Lens!
I just sold my Fatshark Dominator 3 as the Image seemed too far away!
Hello. Might be indeed something related to those specific goggles. Mine look great, I do wear glasses but just for myopia. Cheers.
Well looks fine if I move them say 15 - 20cm from my Face. Does the image bow away from the Left and Right edges to the centre on yours or is the image perfectly flat? just wondering if they put the Lens the wrong way round! If not ill pull them apart and move the Lens till its hopefully OK.
Do your Googles bow in from the Left and Right outwards in the centre or is the display perfectly flat? Ill probably pull them apart and move the inner Lens
Same issue here. Let me know if u figure something out
does it have av in and av out?
Hello. There is a 3.5mm AV input on the side. Cheers.
so does it possible to plug external rx receiver?
You can use an external receiver and connect it via AV input. Cheers.
why don't they make this kind of goggles anymore
There are now several tutorials on installing a DVR, just google or search here "eachine two mod". Very simple and inexpensive.
Thanks for the great review.
Is there a suitable goggle for those who wear glasses. I am sure there are lots of people who wear glasses. So someone should do a review to help people wearing glasses.
Hello. Yes there are, like Fatsharks, Skyzone, etc. The question is how much are you willing to pay? Cheers.
It's a shame for the price
No settings to use with glasses!
Low versions have this setting
Hello. You might consider the new VR D2 Pro. They offer some level of adjustment and are currently right under $75 bucks: goo.gl/bcyPMQ Cheers.
Yes, but with very low image definition.
I want to use also for video games
Can you wear glasses with this goggles?
Hello. No, you can't. Cheers.
eres español, verdad?
Hola, no exactamente pero casi. Si te interesa ver mis videos es espanol, puedes ver mi canal Torrente Digital. Saludos.
a lot off people will wear them hooked up to their laptop or computer so we can practice on our simulator....fpv freerider for life
Hello. Yeah, you are right, I guess these should be nice for that purpose; just couldn't picture using them just to watch movies :D Cheers.
lmao No. VR is a different system. This is regular screen with magnify glasses. For example: A tv on top of your head. That's it.
Here is a question...Can you plug an amazon firestick into the goggles? I have a job where I have to sit and wait for 2-3 hrs at a time. Would be great to hot spot the fire stick to my phone and watch my shows while i wait :)
I doubt it it's just an HDMI input
Ya, but what's the reason a laptop would work and the firestick wouldn't? It's just an HDMI input on your tv that the thing plugs into. The firestick is just an android device with an HDMI out.
y eso que tienes un inglés muy guapo
Hola. Gracias, no el mejor, pero se me entiende. Saludos.
looks like a headplay hd
Hello. Indeed, they derived the design from the headplay hd. Cheers.
chaina
buying these for fpv and porn tbh
Hello. Have fun! LOL :D Cheers.
