    Thanks for another superb video!
I saw better results when I increased my servings of cabbage juice each day.
    Once a day wasn’t enough.
I also increased my HCL dosage and had better results.
Stress is still an issue 😳
    Staying the course.
Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.
    Peace love and blessings!

Hi TC. I am a big fan of your videos and am half way through your book. Could you please do a video about your sinus infection and how that got treated? I suspect I have the same issue. Also, maybe talk about coffee and how it affects someone with low stomach acid. I tried to give up coffee because it really causes a blot of stomach upset and bloating all day long, exacerbating my low stomach acid. Thanks for the great information in your videos and book. You really are helping a lot of people.

Hey Tony, I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction. I've been experiencing symptoms closely mirroring those described with a duodenal ulcer. There is a near constant mild/moderate pain in the gallbladder area as well as in my urinary tract for close to 3 years now. The gallbladder area pain does seem to be relieved by eating. The past 7-8 months I've changed my diet to real food and currently doing ulcer protocol as well as Beet Flow and digestive enzymes. Diet and lowering stress has definitely reduced pain, but I just can't kick it. I really enjoyed Kick Your Fat in the Nuts and appreciate all you do to try and help others, hope you have a great day!

This year 2023, I have been to 2 "GI" doctors, 2 M.D. "ER" , Dentist and I have to see an ENT. Not counting my other normal check ups.
I am trying to figure out , why I smell Sulfur on the body.
My first GI doctor who strictly does "Test" only , he's checked my stomach for Ulcer with an EGD test. Negative
The only thing he found this last time, Hiatal Hernia. *I have EGD test every 6 months, to stay Proactive* !!! To keep an eye on my , Esophagus !!!

If you're the only who smells the sulfur smell, could be worth looking into possible sinus infections.

I am so confused! I guess the first step is to have an Upper Endoscopy performed to see if (a) I have any ulcers or gastritis and (b) is it is caused by an H.Pylori infection or stress, etc. And if I do they will put me on an antibiotic for the H.Pylori and a proton pump inhibitor to help heal the stomach lining? I am confused in that if I don’t see the doctor how do I know what I’m treating as there could be several reasons for stomach issues, so drinking juice and what have you may calm some issues but not having a definitive diagnosis still leaves me guessing, right? I believe I want to know what’s up, then I can feel better about how I treat the problem, because I seriously don’t understand why if so many issues like gastritis and ulcers and gerd come from not enough acid yet taking a PPI reduces that acid even more how come docs put us on it? 🙄

Hey Doc, tested positive for H. Pylori, I have an appointment tomorrow, I do not want to take the antacids they will most likely give me a long with antibiotics, I am afraid of more damage being done, any non professional suggestions in terms of going the medical antibiotics way.

I had an endoscopy 5 years ago and they found ulcers but no H pylori. I tried PPI but it didn’t help much. I have symptoms of low stomach acid and ulcers at the same time. I can’t drink ACV or it hurts really bad. I’m not sure what to do. I’m trying chewing cloves to help. It helps my nausea in the morning but I still have reflux at night.

Can you make a video on the importance of motility. A healthy person poops 3 times a day. Our primative ancestral fruit diet had us pooping after every foraging. What is the importance of fast gut transit time. I’m looking for a functional diet cure.
