- The Wheel has arrived and this is our first test with it! We packed a Grip EQ bag with 12 different discmania putter, a fastback and the aerobie! Now it's up to the wheel which disc we have to throw on the hole. This wheel is pretty fun and could make for some interesting challenges and shot combinations moving forward.

Don’t know if it’s a Disc Golf thing but with Canadians with any sport regarding scoring three times is Hat-trick but three straight holes or in hockey, one player scoring three straight goals simultaneously for their team is a natural hat-trick so Simon, you got a natural hat-trick in my books.

As much as you vlog, especially during the off season, it would seem that a warmer are would be great for you. I'd vote Texas or North Carolina given the number of courses you would be near.
We actually built one of those baskets a few years back. It works well enough, hut the shelf brackets that it uses tear up the disc very bad. Those are the white 90 degree things. If you plan on building one of these baskets, try to make it as soft as possible for your discs, because they will get tore up quickly

You guys should use the aerobie disc as a players choice wild card for a hole. Each player can chose a hole of their choice when they want and their opponent has to use the aerobie for that hole. You can use it whenever ie. hole one or save it for final hole

I think this concept is good but it would be more fun if there were more bad options. Like half the time you were just playing the hole normally. Ideas could be a mini, a DD3, a Franklin albatross, etc.
The tree carvings are dope.
I'm glad Discraft gave Nick the a-ok to do this. Being a new disc golfer, I watch a lot of videos and get to know the players and their personalities. Becoming a Lizotte fan from this great channel has made me look at discmania's lineup. "I saw Simon use this, I'm going to buy one, too". Becoming familiar with Nick will steer me to look at what he uses in Discraft's lineup and check out some of those, too. That's really why these pros are sponsored, right, to help sell product.
If none of the holes are long.. it would be fun to have more penalty disc spots on the wheel... like a taco'd disc, a paint can or ice cream lid, a knitted doily...
Simon please do a roller challenge. Big wind, open flat, same amount of throws as your mile challenge and see how much further you can go.

To keep from getting the same discs you should have a marker with you and whatever disc you get you out your initials on. So if you happen to get the same disc again you get to spin again since you already threw that disc. Just a thought. Great video though! 🤙

Been playing for 22 years and only threw the Aerobie on that wheel. Been through 500 discs or so.
The yellow not home built baskets are Grow the Sport 27 chain baskets. Then a MVP basket that is either the Pro or the Pro HD. The other home built used old Innova Discatcher Pro tops most Likely from a Course that upgraded the basket tops from Innova the 24 chain to modern 27 chain if you ask the Innova factory directly that just the tops are needed for a course upgrade to have the better catching modern tops.
Order an Aerobie Epic! It is PDGA approved.
Come to Pennsylvania instead! The keystone state, it's right in the middle from Mass to NC give or take. We have some amazing courses on both sides of the state. I also have some great contacts in real estate here ready to help you with whatever you need.

You need to add the Price-Is-right rule on the wheel. The wheel must make a minimum of one complete turn before the results a valid. Casey's first spin only went like 2 clicks.
