  • $400 Total in this Build! The Floor Frame was not included. The Interior Frame was not included. But these things were vital to a strong, long lasting structure. Even after puchasing all the extra wood, I had $400 Total! Noe I didnt have to pay myself so that makes a huge difference.
So DIY and $ave Money! Thanks For Watching Our Dream In Action!

Thanks for this detailed build! I am about to receive mine this week so I plan to build my base and reinforce the side just as you did. Great addition to be able to screw in for all sorts of accessories and keeping it sharp looking. Mainly for my yard equipment but seeing how you did your interior frame, I'll be able to cleanup the garage. Thanks again brother, great job!

@@offgridandoutdoors2468 Screw every panel together. I was doubting the snap together process. It is affordable and I will reinforce it with an inner wood frame and my favorite. (Spray Insulation) Pest Control .. And will wallpaper the inside with plastic sheets for decoration.

@@m.a.thompson2560 I even screwed the corner trim pcs into the corner studs of the interior frame I built for added strength. It's been 8 months and it is strong! We have terribly strong winds here and it doesn't even creek when the wind blows. The bottom does allow a little moisture in when it snows. But I'm very happy for the $400 I have invested in it. Thanks for the comments y'all!

I'm not going to lie, I never thought to add a frame. I just got mine and started it yesterday. I've called the help line twice because first the video was taken down and then because a piece was missing. And then it rained while I was putting it together and the stamps were rained off and then (like I needed another challenge) some of the pieces didn't have stamps on the metal. Watching your video gives me clues as to how this is supposed to look at each step. Thank you!

Well thank you for the awesome comment! The frame has made an incredible difference. Through 100 mph winds and 3 foot of snow its still standing firm! My only complaint is it does leak around the door a little in a hard rain. They should've included some weather stripping for the door. But it's solid and worth the price I payed. Thanks again for commenting and have a great day!

Got one of these myself......instructions are a joke.....glad you posted this video. My panels that make up the wall don't really overlap like they are supposed to....once all wall panels are up there is about 1/2 in gap in the corners.....and pilot goes were no done in factory....had to drill them all myself

For people who are going to assemble one of these. That one dented corner: The arrow is supposed to be covered by the panel. So it should have been on the bottom when snapping two panels together.

I am putting together this same shed. It is freezing where I live. The first obstacle: the numbers on the actual parts are 5 digits and the diagram parts are from 1-24. So I just snapped, as they say, to do.( lol) and I have a bag of a million screws and plastic washers so I screwed each panel. It is a very affordable shed. and I will have to reinforce for sure. Thank you for your video. I think I will put the roof together before I install it. This project is a DIY make up the rules as you go. BUT I do like the color and the price is really good. My Siding and parts are in good shape and I have seen a few videos. I am sure once I get it together, I will love it. MY biggest complaint is the numbering labeled on the parts is the PART NUMBER>. The Key number is in the directions. So, I have to do a crossword puzzle before I can sort the pieces.. That really ticks me off wasted my time. Thanks for your video.:)

It made a huge difference in the overall structure. It's really 💪 strong and solid. The Metal shed itself makes for a good 🐚 shell. The frame was needed for rigidity and longevity. I believe it'll hold up to our 70 mph winds and our 3 foot snow storm's! Thanks for commenting!

Just bought this thing and OMG it is definitely challenging compared to the 8 x 10 resin shed I put together a few years ago lol This is just an "extra" shed to replace a small tarp shed that is no more and I love the build out inside, and think I might have to do this now too. Could get real messy... But would definetly help hold and seal it. Only trouble I've had with leaks is around the door. It leaks at the bottom track for the front wall, under the door, and I did silicone the interior bottom edge.
