Doodh Sawaiyan Recipe By Food Fusion (Eid Special)

Ingredients:
-Badam (Almonds) 10-12
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12
-Vermicelli crushed 150g
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ litre
-Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste
-Kewra essence ½ tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1-2 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 1-2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Kishmish (Raisins)
Directions:
-In a grinder,add almonds,cashew nuts & grind well & set aside.
-Crush vermicelli with the help of hands & set aside.
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add vermicelli & fry for 2-3 minutes.
-Add milk,mix well & bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add almonds & cashew powder,sugar,kewra essence,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes).
-Add pistachios,raisins & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Garnish with pistachios,almonds,raisins & serve chilled.
