I have to say this is the best tutorial for a grime guard for a hoop. No need for sewing machine and.. made mine in in about 90 mins, taking g my time, sewing by hand ..whilst multitasking the kids lol!!! It makes a big difference to my embroidery as no more ..flaps..of material getting in the way. And keeps my embroidery very clean. Also, gives my holding hand on hoop a bit of a cushion so making work easier.. I enjoyed this tutorial very much.. many thank from th UK x

I love this and hope to make mine tomorrow. I love cross stitching and embroidery but never heard of these things. This will be a great help to keep my work nice. I have an old duvet cover that our dog tore when he was a wee puppy. It's been great for making fabric books I saw online. Thanks for sharing your tips and ideas. ❤
