I have placed a replacement for my iphone 13 pro on apple service centre as my iphone was heavily damaged , to which repair was not possible and i had to pay money for full unit replacement.
I am afraid that they don’t handover a refurbished unit to me anyhow , how could i be fully assured or are there any checks for confirmation of that replaced unit being brand new .
Will be getting the unit tomorrow. Kindly share if you have any correct information
I like policy of software updates. They generally give 5 years of software updates and then security updates frequently.

I have questions regarding apple service as I live far form the authorised server centre so do apple provide pickup and drop for iPhone in case of repair? 😮
No, apple does not provide any pick up repair services. You have to visit service center like unicorn, maple and then they will assist you. If problem does not solved in their service center they will send your iphone in factory repair service center in my case that was banglore. I live in rural like area any my nearest apple service is 220km away.
