    Only suggestion.
    Paint plywood with a quality waterproof paint . 4 or 5 coats . White . Will make clean up a bit easier
    Nice setup though.

    How long are your chickens in the chill sink and chill tanks? What's the time from chill to freeze?

      About 10 minutes in the sink and at least 1 hour in the tanks. It's usually a few hours until they start freezing in the walk in freezer.
