On Friday (July 14) the vintage car rallye stopped at the historic centre of Heidelberg. In this video, the historic vehicles pass the old bridge over the Neckar, which is otherwise closed for cars.
The ADAC Heidelberg Historic is a regularity drive for automobiles that are at least 45 years old and older. This event is not about achieving top speeds and best times. First and foremost, it depends on the regularity and accuracy of the driving style. Penalty points are awarded for deviations. So whoever is able to adhere to the specified time in the special stages and in the total driving time most precisely, receives the fewest penalty points and thus secures victory.
