Until this week I never even heard of this band or of Tarja's solo work until I happened to listen to a Doro Pesch recording that featured Tarja. All I can say is that I have lived a deprived life until now! The entire Nightwish catalog and Tarja's solo albums have been ordered and should be received soon and rest assured, I will do my best to spread the word about this music!!!!!!!
Es mi grupo favorito yo cuando tenía 18 estuve en un banda era emocionante, el público te motiva mucho ella mueve el escenario, la gente es muy linda nunca existirá una Vivaldi como ella!!!!
es que la voz de Tarja es más grave y lírica y se acopla a la temática de Nightwish muy bien, le da toques oscuros, Floor es muy buena, muy emocional y proyecta mucho más su voz que Tarja y le da un toque más metalero a Nightwish, pero evidentemente son estilos diferentes y eso es muy bueno, si Floor o Anette hubieran copiado a Tarja sería poco divertido.
All three singers have their good points, it's just evolution of the band as the singers changed, all about preference, tarja is my fave, she always will be, thank god she is doing her own stuff and is still around :) :)

True magic. They have sung together twice since she left Nightwish and it won't shock me if he and Tarja sing together again now that he too has left Nightwish. There was his guest spot during her set at a festival and when he and Tarja sang Ave Maria. People know She's classically trained. Fewer know so is Marko. Given the chance they blend yet contrast so beautifully together.
I don't listen to Nightwish these days. Thought that Floor will make them great again, but it seems that people like Tarja and Marko made them special. It is not the signing style. It is the whole package of emotions that the band conveys. Tarja had that special something that others do not have.
Many songs Annette sung were very emotional. Listen to the Imaginaerum album. Also, joy and happiness are emotions, too. In that sense, Elan and other Floor songs are very emotional

i want to cry! Nightwish was my favorite band when tarja was there.. now, everytime that i listen to this song, i start to cry, a lot tears just comes out of my eyes..... this band was my life!! only us,the ones that grew up with nightwish, from "Angels fall first" to "Once" knows what i talkin about...
The problem is u can see tarja is just singing not connecting with the rest of the band!! Just by watching this clip i can see she was apart from the rest of them!! Marko is trying to make eye contact with her and nothing!! She never looks at anybody in the band. The energy she is exuding says it all!! She just didnt to carry on with them anymore!!

I believe that the song itself it is about her and I think it is really beautiful that the muse sings the song and it is nothing sadder than loving someone and knowing that you're losing that person, or that person doesn't even know or care for your love. Amazing performance.
