I Can agree with some of the coment,but i have to say i like the solo even if it dont "fit" the song. His solo in here are inside scales and he really show what he are able to do if he want to. But again,it was not that melodic solo that the song deserves to the original.
What I liked about Rossi’s solo’s is that they are a fixed melody into a song. There are so many good examples in Quo songs of this. But in this gig Rossi want to play something what is not his quality. Don’t like it. I like every solo he is doing if he is sticks to the original one He is a very good player
Have to agree there. Since Coghlan left there’s been very little in the way of shuffle/feel to the beat. Everything suddenly became rock beats and most of the songs were played way faster than they should have been, making the whole song feel and sound rushed.
