this video is on tig welding 4130 chromoly tubing .120" wall thickness.
This is a practice for those that need practice on .120" wall thickness 2 inch 4130 chromoly cluster joints like you might see on a monster truck.

I would love to see some tig welding tips for people who don't have foot pedal, because you have only the one amperage setting in use that you have set in the machine so how to figure out what is best for which thickness and so on?
Your a grate welder any schools you would recommend for a older guy I used to repair heavy equipment for 10 years and now want to weld all types of equipment I live in florida.
The pedal cable would seem to be a hassle in several ways.
Rad dude.
Shot in the dark here...but would 120A on 120V outlet produce the same results? What would be the requirements for a second pass on 120V?
one question guys if you know maybe, I want to weld the handle on a large 320 angle grinder, can the weld ruin the angle grinder, some components motor, brushes, electonics? i would use around 70 amps stick weld
