  • Almost 1,700 dancers participated in setting the new Guinness World Record for the Longest Riverdance Line in Dublin on the 21st July, in the year of The Gathering Ireland 2013. They look like they're having fun. And there's so many of them! See anyone you know?

We are a mad bunch, us Irish. The craic is real, the craic is magical, you just need to find and unlock it. Once you find it you have it for life and can spread it far and wide. What the world needs is more of the craic!

I’m 98% Irish and I’m 47. I can’t recall how many times I begged my Parents to be taught how to do this particular style of dancing. But alas it was not meant to be. But my Estranged Sister got all the Ballet Dancing she could stomach.

Love it. Now if only all those kicking young feet would start kicking the Irish political system we will restore Ireland to the vibrant and talented country it has proven itself to be in the past.
