Why dealers keep referring to COVID prices is beyond me, we all know watches were over priced during COVID and was not a true reflection of their value.😊
Yeah and they still are asking Covid prices, hence they are stuck with inventory that doesn't shift. Meanwhile they are buying watches at bargain basement prices. Stick to your AD for peace of mind...
It’s there tactic used for selling them the watch market is dead
I own a rolex Daytona that I bought in Iran back in 1998. It's still in perfect running condition, and I remember the excitement of purchasing it like it was yesterday. Given the current fluctuations in the watch market, I'm curious to find out how much it's worth today. I'm planning to do a little research to see its true value now. It's fascinating to think about how the worth of these timeless pieces can appreciate over the years, even amidst a volatile market.

@@paulw4904 hi Paul, if you remember correct, the time when Alex was saying to buy the rose rubber yachts they were sitting around £20,000 … they then jumped to highs of £30,000! That seems like great advice from our point of view.. and there are a lot of people out there who capitalised on this! It’s only recently that they dropped along with everything else
Diamond set non factory watches ( any brand) destroys the resale value of the watch. Hence people are going for plain models.

got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on mamacoo 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces. Absolute fantastic watch that wears super comfortable on my 6.75 inch wrist. Chose the 3-link over the 5-link bracelet for the toolless quick adjustment. Way more comfortable than my Longines Hydroconquest 41 mm.
That pendant was hideous.

I have never been disappointed since I became a customer of amzwatch. Their watches are of exceptional quality.
No crash ! …. I can count on one hand some major hype models that were stupid money that took a big hit but as a whole there was a price correction. The housing market has definitely not crashed or even dropped in most places .
The market is - whichever way Trots can make a buck.
