There IS power in the tongue, yes, but the Bible also says let your left hand know not what your right is doing. If you dream about having a nice car that doesn't mean you will get it. Now generally if you work hard you will be able to get a lot of nice things. However God might intend for you to struggle in life. The real thing that you should do is not trust in your own dreams and hopes, but trust in the Bible. If you want to have hope read God's Word and you will see what it is to be truly rich. You should aim to follow God's commandments and you should repent of your sins and put your full faith in God. That is the only way you can truly be rich. Do not put your focus on this world but rather on eternity after you die. I do not think anyone wants to spend eternity being in pain and suffering.
