Can You Learn A Frontflip in 24 Hours? I tried to answer that question (It was scary). Socials: ➽ Instagram @_maxherring ➽ Twitter @_maxherring Subscribe :)
Brilliant again👏 One piece of advice I'd like to share is to strengthen the muscles surrounding the Tibia/shins (Calf muscles and Tibialis Anterior). For example, Calf Raises and Tibialis Raises. By doing this, you can protect it from all the forces and shock that is subjected to it from movements such as running, jumping, and especially flips; especially when you run up into a flip or tumble. Perhaps you could learn a Round-Off Backflip or a Side Flip next? Keep up the excellent work and stay safe.
Awesome video! as someone who can backflip and frontflip on ground both of your videos were really entertaining and you are gifted with how high you can jump, for your backflip if you got better technique you could potentionally do amazing skills, keep going.
Nice bro You got your front flip so fast I can even do a Front flip was well but I can't really do it on the ground because I am a little more scared to do it on the ground and I have a little of mental blocks like it is so tarrying but I am keep working on my front flip on the soft mat and then take to the ground once I landed many times. Like all you did is just went for the front flip after watching Pigmie Tutorial like wow that is awesome! In my opinion Front flips are mentally easier than a Backflips and Backflips are easy to learn but it is just scarier because you have to go rotate backwards and I still working on learning the backflip as well I hope I can get at least the backflip or Front flip first before the other. But anyways you be safe man and good luck with your journey.
Very nice video i like your confident and your smile when you get it you should be a coach yiu are inspiring I tried to do it. It's easy, but I wanted to be more flexible in doing the backflip with the straight body and gymnastics, and this is very difficult. Can you do it? Watching you from egypt
No hate here, but I’m pretty sure you had gymnastics/parkour experience before. You go pretty high and your rotation is too fast for a day of practice.
I understand why you might thing that but I had been going to the gym for 3 years before this and was able to box jump over 5 foot, never had any gymnastics training but learnt a backflip on a trampoline many years ago. other then that its all new too me (and remember all the attempts I cut out the video)

Thanks for the advice!!! I do calf raises at the gym already but need to work on strengthening all the muscles your talking about.
