A dog that required both eyes to be removed

This is the story of "Bobby" who had Lens Luxations in both eyes that resulted in painful Glaucoma and blindness. He had to have both his eyes removed at the same time. This video shows how well he copes.

Beautiful our shiba post op day 4 doing pretty good just barks alot n prolly not good for healing process getting nuerotonin every 12 hours for now i think more bored being corroled in room away from his other petmates

thanks for posting this video i am havibg trouble woth accepting that it may be the only choice to remove the second eye just after the first due to symptoms showing up just affer surgery in the second eye ....i had trouble thinking what woukd be his quality of life ...would it be better to euthanize even though he was only 5 years old ...i really think he will adapt and be bappy still.

I think it's abuse and these animals should be put to death, rather than suffer with no eyes
