This video helped me so so so much, I really appreciate it! (tip for anyone who this has happened to and is trying to fix it, dont hold down on the volume buttons. Very quickly press the volume up button then quickly press the volume down button and then hold the off button until your screen turns black. If you hold down on the volume buttons, it won't work!)
