She knew she would be in trouble if she called the sergeant. That’s why she tried to pull it back. Kudos to this teenager for being calm.
That young man put on a masterclass. So impressive.
"I see your pants are black and they told me the pants were blue" If the suspect's were blue, why stop him to begin with? She's so dumb
Well... she's a cop... so, yeah.
Navy blue?
I wish more kids were educated when it comes to their rights and the law. Good job.
how ironic this was for a kid who was expelled from school to be so educated in the law.
Kudos to this young man’s parents for arming him with the knowledge to clap back on police officers trying to harass him.
"I didn't commit any crime" and she responds with classic "Well how do i know that" haha...sheer level of stupidity is unbelievable.
She could literally say that to anyone. What a dumbo she is.
Not just dumb- dangerous. And scary.
LMFAOOOOOO!!! that young mans punchline deliveries were EXCEPTIONAL! "yea, then stop bothering me" "suspicious ain't a crime" "you don't need to know that, I know that!" "then why you trying to play me for stupid?" 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
"then why you trying to play me for stupid?" -> best possible statement!
Mandatory Constitutional training for all police and end qualified immunity now!
They don't need constitutional training, all we need is for qualified immunity to be disintegrated. These cops know what our rights are, they just chose to violate them and lie because they know there is no repercussions for their actions. You get rid of qualified immunity and these criminals will stop blatantly violating our rights.
Shouldnt it be *or* not *and* ?
Got to love the courage and smarts of young people. WTG! Don’t let these lying blue line thugs gaslight you.
never talk to the pigs. never
The only thing is, answer fewer questions. Don't tell her why you're not in school or any of that.
Otherwise, fantastic showing by this young man. He does better than many intentional auditors.
until officers like this are fired and forfeit their retirement and all past pay to their victims, and barred from any position of authority for life, this will keep happening. the response needs to be instant, ruthless and permanent.
This kid intelligence is way above average, he was gonna give it to any cop. She should’ve quit while she was behind.
I HATE THE QUESTIONS..... COPS FEEL THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET YOUR LIFE STORY. IT'S NONE OF THEIR DAMNED BUSINESS. COMMUNITIES NEED TO GIVE CLASSES ON HOW TO INTERACT WITH POLICE AND YOUR RIGHTS IN DEALING WITH THESE COPS WHO WILL WALK ALL OVER YOUR RIGHTS IF YOU LET THEM.
“Someone called about someone that somewhat matches your description”.
LoL that’ll hold up in court.
Damn, this kid is light years ahead of me when I was seventeen.
GREAT JOB YOUNG MAN. 👏🏾 👍🏾
if suspicious was a crime. Everyone would be in jail.
Cop realized she fd up. Lol
_"How do I know that?"_
I don't know. It's not up to ME to help YOU investigate...
Constant lying and they are shocked that people don't trust them.
I joined the Navy on my 17th birthday, with my parents consent. That kid/young adult was sharp, asked the right questions, had the right answers and never got smart ass.
At that age I’d went straight into smart ass, I didn’t know better.
Excellent job standing his ground
Don’t talk to cops EVER. Teach your kids their rights. This cop was trying to railroad a minor. “I don’t answer discovery questions without an attorney present “. The kid gave out too much personal information. This isn’t a master class.
I don’t answer questions and keep walking
She needed to be educated by a kid. Sad.
So why u play me for stupid lol best line 😂
cop's first lie; "we got a call.."
When she said suspicious she meant his skin colour
It’s illegal to for someone to seem suspicious? 😂 This cop is a pos
Cop: "Someone, called about someone doing something, did you do something?"
Kid: "What crime did I commit"
Cop: "Rell me your name and then I'll see if we have a crime that fits your name"
Sounds about right.
WTF?? Are these cops really that stupid?
YES!!! THEY ARE REALLY THAT STUPID. IF A BIRD HAD THEIR BRAIN IT WOULDN'T FLY!!!! POOR BIRD!!!😣
Bravo for the young man!
Cop on a power trip.
Someone did something, somewhere, and sometime?
I graduated high school at 17 because I have a July birthday.
Never talk to police. Never forget, every police officer wants to arrest you. Guilt or innocence doesn't matter. Arrests are how they get promotions and raises. Every time they bring in someone, it helps their reputation within the police department. Regardless of trial, regardless of guilt or innocence
^This
cop obviously was well practiced and trained in 'bullshit'. great job officer
Did y’all catch that she said someone called about something then she corrected herself someone called about this fella what he is wearing.. lying ITCH
I wish schools would begin teaching students how to do a good first amendment audit. In a couple generations, not only would most citizens understand their rights better, most cops would too.
Good for him standing up for himself
Go on lad 👌👍
Even after she was rude he still said “thank you” for the Sargent card. Respectfully raised kid right there
Kid nows his rules good for him.
I was 17 when I graduated HS, so that's a damn lie!
I was 16
My sister was in college at 15 ... so we know that cop is a lying idiot.
💯
"Somebody called about someone" Wow!
“Somebody called and said something”. That’s means absolutely nothing. Start your investigation with the caller.
She tried to GASLIGHT him!!! “you don’t need to get all hyped up with me!” WHAT IF she put that in a report or told another cop, that he got “hyped up”? That is TERRIBLE.
Wild that this clown did not listen and just bring her supervisor after the the boy told her so what's the point of cameras if they only review and punish upon incident when in reality they should be getting critique about these day-to-day interaction
Guilty until proven innocent
Unfortunately this is true.
I like that young man ! ✊🏽
The sergeant hates her. You can tell. 😂
Lol shes the one getting "hyped up" lol oh god
Damn, he knows his rights. Oh look the colour of your pants don’t match, I’ll leave now 😝
She was out witted by a 17 yr COPS ARE PATHETIC!
Actually he could have graduated by 17. HS students do not have to be 18 to to graduate.
I hate when the police say, "They got a call!" So, that logic is supposed to give them the power to try to violate people's rights with basically hearsay and without any corroboration of facts?
They are bored and overstaffed, so they have to find ways to create "excitement". Hoping citizens don't know their rights. Fortunately, this kid did...
Kids are victimized by rogue cops far more than adults. They are perceived as easy targets. Good job standing up young man
Preying on the vulnerable. Disgusting.
Cops old motto Protect and Serve
Cops new motto Escalate and Falsify
Protect and serve the slave Master way of life .. not err one else that's whynthere so many problems
That young man deserves an award.
The fact the he's an expert at navigating through a police interaction at that age....
Says a lot about how out of control the police are.
A few points in this he sounded like Carl from Shameless....
Or my 420 is kicking in, Idk?
😆 🤣 😂
I hope the cops in videos like these actually watch themselves and reflect on how stupid they go about doing their job.
i wish they had their egos in check like this
2:29 she's still trying to escalate the situation
When they use that tired, old phrase "how do I know that?", just ask them if they've ever committed a crime, if they say "no" then, just reply with "how do I know that?" Two can play that game.
Can she question him without his parents?
Sad woman
That kid needs to be mayor of Chicago I’d vote for him.
Lol 😆 🤣 😂
He handled her well!
“You have to be in school ‘till you’re eighteen”?! That’s not a general rule or law. Colleges and universities are filled with seventeen-year-old high school graduates.
Good for him!! Exercise your rights!
This kid is mentally a well matured adult. Good on him. I hope he's doing well in life despite what I assume a negative reception he has in school to get kicked out
Bravo 👏🏽
She doesn’t even know the BASICS of her own job, a teenager has to inform her! SHE should be in jail.
Good on the kid for knowing his rights!
When she understand he knows his rights, she start to backtrack.
Yes but she tries to invert it and come back. I hate that.
Super proud of this little King. Hope he stays empowered!
We are going to have to fix the "somebody called saying you were suspicious" reason for stopping someone.
No they have to as it’s not our problem
Lmaooo he got her
"What's your name?"
"Why?"
"Because I'm asking you".
Let's get something straight here. 'Because I'm asking you' is not an answer to any question.
It is what an arrogant, bullying child says.
He was BY FAR the real adult here.
2:27 she wanted to say, "uppity"
Police officer in the US is a lucrative job.
It must be terrible living in a country where the police see the people as the enemy.
It must be terrible to live in a country where the police, if we're lucky, are trained for a few weeks. But in this training, you will only learn how to assassinate citizens.
It must be awful living in a country where children are shot in the back at long range.
It must be terrible living in a country where the police are officially allowed to lie.
It must be terrible living in a country where the police are allowed to attack innocent citizens and rob them.
Something like this only happens in a third world country like the USA.
American policing: the only job where the customers have to know all of the company policies, but the employees don't need to know any.
This is examples from Kap’s. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS seminar!!
Someone, someone, someone said something about someone that matches YOUR description. Really, I smell BS!
She should be kicked out of the police force on her voice alone. It's a crime against people's ears.
She lied to him 3 times why does he have to say anything after that
How does getting a name help to determine whether someone is committing, about to commit or has already committed a crime? 🤔
but how giving any information can some harm if its a govt representative?
@4tech Dell because they run your name in the system and then every time after that it'll show that you were stopped for suspicion of whatever.. they CREATE suspicious people with their database
and what benefit for them in it? anywhere marked that example she entered 10 or 20 persons in that base means makes good work some like that or for what?
@@4techdell389 it gives them probable cause to suspect you of another more costly offense if you've been entered or run thru the system multiple times.. then they can do whatever
@@Malepical but indeed situation nowadays is another, govt use sosial ways to create that potential part of ppl, and cops just lharvesting apples finally. for modern times they no need collect potential suspects around. can i convey correct? my english not so good im frm azerbaijan cause)
“Then why you tryin to play me for stupid”
Me:dead
i hate that cops feel its ok to flex authority and lie about various policies, the law, and what they are allowed to do/ask. just because it is a minor they stopped and they think people are stupid. good on him for knowing his stuff, its a shame that he has to be somewhat well versed in these things to handle police overeach.
all cops should be forced to go to law school, "combat" training shouldn't be their largest focus. its ridiculous that they treat everything like it's an active warzone, when its always just been people trying to live their lives. just like when the U.S. was fighting overseas, soldiers performed unspeakable acts when they thought no-one was watching and/or no consequences would ultimately come of their actions. no different attitude then we see stateside. the "blue wall of silence" and so-called brotherhood, protecting corruption & bigottry.
That fucken story of " somebody called and said" I can spit in her face for that.
The kid did great…my only critique is he talked to much…he didn’t have to answer questions…cops are screwed because even youngsters are learning their rights
That’s why he didn’t do great. He talked too much. He gave out too much personal information. He answered questions that extended the conversation. He did almost everything wrong. A male cop wouldn’t have let him go. You asked if you’re. Being detained. If you they don’t let you go you stand there in that uncomfortable silence . You don’t say a single word. That’s how it’s done.
@@karinaz8756 Silence can be used against you, state you invoke the 5th, cant be used against you. Then use uncomfortable silence.
@@hobogrifter Anything you say CAN and will be used against you. - sound familiar? Can’t have it both ways. Don’t talk to cops EVER. “I don’t answer discovery questions without an attorney present”. Then keep your mouth shut.
@@karinaz8756 Better safe then sorry, say both. "I don't answer questions without my lawyer present, I invoke the fifth."
Ohhhh now I see your pants don’t fit the description 💁🏾
While i understand cops arnt lawyers they should atleast know basic law
Pony tail police, ..... this kid called her bluff and she is back peddling real quick. When a cop lies, the best thing to do is what this young man did, refuse dialogue, and tell her you cannot believe another word from her mouth, lies have consequences.
i fucking love this kid
A camera to a cop is like daylight to Dracula, they just cannot stand it.
So Copsplaining and do your job the correct way!
She was recruited because that grating voice would make most folks break after 5 minutes listening to her
My daughter graduated at 17. So what does that have to do with anything? Kick 🪨 and keep moving 🤡
I was thinking that too. I was thinking people can graduate high school at age 17 and younger. Why did she make such a 🤦🏿♀️ statement?
This kid is a boss
Keeping Respectful, while telling her to Pound Sand Officer Karen... Stay Strong against the Tyrant's... The Famous "We Got A Call Line"....is Suspicious Activity a Felony or Misdemeanor??? Hahaha 🤣
They have enough gear for a warzone. The contractors are making big cash arming these silly people who bully their bosses, the civilians. The young man is amazing.
You can be graduated at 17
It's awesome to see young people learning and standing up for their rights!! Boy did she back pedal when she realized this kid knew his rights!!
