      They don't need constitutional training, all we need is for qualified immunity to be disintegrated. These cops know what our rights are, they just chose to violate them and lie because they know there is no repercussions for their actions. You get rid of qualified immunity and these criminals will stop blatantly violating our rights.

    I HATE THE QUESTIONS..... COPS FEEL THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET YOUR LIFE STORY. IT'S NONE OF THEIR DAMNED BUSINESS. COMMUNITIES NEED TO GIVE CLASSES ON HOW TO INTERACT WITH POLICE AND YOUR RIGHTS IN DEALING WITH THESE COPS WHO WILL WALK ALL OVER YOUR RIGHTS IF YOU LET THEM.

    I joined the Navy on my 17th birthday, with my parents consent. That kid/young adult was sharp, asked the right questions, had the right answers and never got smart ass.
    At that age I’d went straight into smart ass, I didn’t know better.

    Never talk to police. Never forget, every police officer wants to arrest you. Guilt or innocence doesn't matter. Arrests are how they get promotions and raises. Every time they bring in someone, it helps their reputation within the police department. Regardless of trial, regardless of guilt or innocence

    Police officer in the US is a lucrative job.
    It must be terrible living in a country where the police see the people as the enemy.
    It must be terrible to live in a country where the police, if we're lucky, are trained for a few weeks. But in this training, you will only learn how to assassinate citizens.
    It must be awful living in a country where children are shot in the back at long range.
    It must be terrible living in a country where the police are officially allowed to lie.
    It must be terrible living in a country where the police are allowed to attack innocent citizens and rob them.
    Something like this only happens in a third world country like the USA.
    American policing: the only job where the customers have to know all of the company policies, but the employees don't need to know any.

    i hate that cops feel its ok to flex authority and lie about various policies, the law, and what they are allowed to do/ask. just because it is a minor they stopped and they think people are stupid. good on him for knowing his stuff, its a shame that he has to be somewhat well versed in these things to handle police overeach.
    all cops should be forced to go to law school, "combat" training shouldn't be their largest focus. its ridiculous that they treat everything like it's an active warzone, when its always just been people trying to live their lives. just like when the U.S. was fighting overseas, soldiers performed unspeakable acts when they thought no-one was watching and/or no consequences would ultimately come of their actions. no different attitude then we see stateside. the "blue wall of silence" and so-called brotherhood, protecting corruption & bigottry.

      That’s why he didn’t do great. He talked too much. He gave out too much personal information. He answered questions that extended the conversation. He did almost everything wrong. A male cop wouldn’t have let him go. You asked if you’re. Being detained. If you they don’t let you go you stand there in that uncomfortable silence . You don’t say a single word. That’s how it’s done.
