So true! I have really bad digestion problems. I cannot breathe most of the time. I am not digesting foods properly because I do not have my gallbladder anymore. I think I don't have too much bile which is needed to digest food.

@@InkfullSanks22 I used to suffer from IBS. I suspect it was from mild damage caused by getting sick when traveling. I started taking a half a teaspoon of powdered turmeric mixed in 4 ounces of orange juice daily. I drank it through a straw. After years of IBS , in which I couldn’t drink water in the morning before taking my child to school, or I would have to stop at a restroom. I was able to heal myself. After several weeks of the turmeric and juice, I no longer had to run to the lavatory. I still use the turmeric powder, and sliced ginger root in a mango/ banana or pineapple smoothie. Buy ginger in bulk, slice it up, and peel it. You can keep it in a bag in your freezer. I even add it to my water bottle for extra cleansing effects, and protection from sickness. I swear by turmeric and ginger for stomach maladies.

As a westerner who eats a non vegetarian diet around 10% of the time, (trying to be completely vegetarian soon) I can attest to the benefits of taking turmeric & neem together. I take it every morning, on an empty stomach with warm boiled water, and leave it at least half an hour to an hour before I eat breakfast. My stomach has felt much more settled, and I have had more energy and felt much better. Just this small change has made a large change to how my body feels. Thank you for sharing this information with us Sadhguru. 🙏🏻 much love to all 💕
Do you know what constitution/dosha you are? I don't think neem is good for all 3 doshas...
