Changes the company could have opted before selling:
1. Maintaing USP of not charging brokerage.
2. Employee satisfaction is utmost important for any kind of business as employees represents the company. Downsizing is a mode of corporate restructuring acceptable by looking into their current situation, but for a service oriented sector hiring only contractual employees would not be appropriate.
3. Greivances redressal mechanism could have been a key to bounce back to its original shape.
4. The company could have opted for cogeneric merger, the valuation could have been much higher and they could have retained business as well.
5. Corporate governance and ethics is a key to success for any kind of business. It would be great if they had observed it.

We dont have water supply for 2weeks in our building, and area manager and nestaway left us like that… after watching this video now i know why the service is so awful

agar me company ka part hota to - company ke pass ke large consumer base hai kisi other company se collebrate kar customer service solve ki ja skti hai like urban company jesi company. Jo isme already expert hai .. company apne ko only sales , & cash flow manage Krna tha.
Bhai yeh company ka naam Nest away nai Take money and run away hai... It has given lot of problems to us, no water no electricity, theft and robbery took place, zero services provided by the nestaway and then if we e-mail them, their executives write us back like how dare you write us... I suffered a lot. Like a lot... Worst experience. I literally wished the company to go down. Today God has heard my plea.
All my room mates have bad experience and we had to face new problem every month. Plus they put useless cost on our head. Lock is working and then they put some unknown video and say lock not working pay 250/- now. It is absolutely useless.
Pls never ever try nest away. They take away your deposit as service charge and various other charges and you will hardly get anything back.
They are total fraud took around 19k from my security deposit in the name of wall paint. Fake company.

I don't know how they failed. Precovid, They were selling 25 Shared rooms when a normal PG cost 8K. They have succeeded in generating revenue with minimal upfront investment which were quickly recrouptirated.

Ican say may be it was my great mistake to choose the nestaway for renting ,there was no guarantee that they will allow u to stay in pg for agreement date ,1st this people only will make agreement for 6 months then just after 1 and 1/2 month they will tell u to empty the pg ,as the owner wanted to give the flat to family besides this not willing to give the 2 months deposit back ,as it was clear cut fault of nestaway people ,even if they are showing the flat for shifting us to new nestaway pg they are charging again onboarding and agreement charges for that ,the sunny agent ,was one the culprit in making the money ,this company made to loot the innocent people,
