Fired THEN prosecuted for committing federal crimes. If I'd have done while working for a private company what Shrillary got away with -- using my own "back-door server" on company equipment, transacting business on it, and then deleting emails that were the company's property -- I'd get 10 minutes to clear out my desk. (And I'd have to pray the company didn't want to press charges, which they'd have every right to do).
