If you remove the faceplate the diaphragm is connected to a thin metal bar which connects to the magnet. There is a clamp secured to the bar with an allen screw which adjusts the accuracy of the gage when you move it up or down which adjusts the tension on the bar, dont touch!. Works sorta like a bourdon tube. H port connects internal to the diaphragm, L port hooks to the case pressure differential which acts external on the diaphragm, the o ring seal on the lens can leak.
Cool, now I know how it works, it piques my interest so now I'm going to google it to find out what it is used for..haha I've never seen one of those I don't think. Great video!
The top ring around the glass unscrews, regular thread. It might be tight as it's compressing an o ring behind the glass. They might not all be the same, but I'd assume they're similar.

Thanks! Lots of advertising that didn't tell me what I wanted then found your video. V. good & to the point.
Thanks, the video was very explanatory.
Thanks for going through the effort! Very clever mechanism.
Very interesting... I wondered why they were called magnehelics
Cool. Thanks for showing how it works.
Does anyone know how the zeroing screw works? Like when you turn that screw what does it actuate?
Wow!!! Thanks for making and sharing this video!!
Not a problem, glad you liked it. Don't forget to subscribe!
Yeah, thanks. I didn't want to take mine apart either.

haha Its used for measuring very very low pressures.
Hi friend, how did you remove the faceplate and opened the face of this?
I can’t to do this 😢

Very helpful. Thankyou.
Thats awesome thanks for the video!!
How did you take the upper ring and plastic shield?
the ring unthreads (standard thread) and the glass lifts off.
