What I'm getting from ppl is they obviously never read the Bible if they think it's bad.... And as if brainwashing in a bad way... No actually it's God opening our eyes to be good. To be right.... And they think being kind, loving, forgiving.. patient, self controlled and seeing n doing what's right is wrong? They think it's bad to trust God instead of yourself? They think it's bad to love instead of hate? They think it's bad to receive God's gift of eternal life? To have real hope instead of temporary falseness that passes away? No these ppl never looked for God and read his book in understanding..... And actually we are transformed from evil ways to Christ likeness and godly ways. No they don't know what their talking about and speak in ignorance. We do get clean in the mind.... But that's good. We all need to be changed from evil sin nature to God's type of nature "Good". All by his righteousness.....

But ours is not to judge. I think that lady's heart was not nearly as hardened as some (including certain self-professing Christians!) She's not happy/secure in herself, otherwise she wouldn't have stopped to engage. These people want real love like everyone else, but they look in all the wrong places. Revival is preceded by consciousness of sin...we need to be praying for that, and starting with ourselves, rather than judging/slandering others.

I love my LDS friends (& even feed their young missionaries when they send them to visit our home), but I give God more credit and praise than myself so I believe Jesus (as God in the flesh) dying for the forgiveness of our sins trumps over anyone that does good works, because as humans, we all have sinned one way or another, even as children. We are just instructed to serve and love one another, and do so through the Holy Spirit if we are in true alignment with His word. We are to have reverence to what Heavenly Father thinks, not what others think, but be in fellowship with each other so that if one falls, we can pick each other up. Ecclesiastes 4:10
