Top 3 Good Things: Transition to Online Public School, Stopping listening to other people on how I parent and instead trusting my own intuition to know my child and parent how I feel I need to in each situation, creating a family culture and space for everyone to belong and feel heard through family meetings and family fun nights. What didn't work: Taking on too much (I had to drop my college class while we were transitioning to online public school... I'll pick it back up in April), Not communicating my needs or asking for help when I needed it (resulted in a few shut downs on MY behalf because I got resentful that people couldn't read my mind), trying to schedule stuff vs having a rhythm that allows for novelty and fun. Such a great idea for a video :)

Thanks so much for sharing your top 3! Your self-awareness is incredible and this is the gift in our neurodivergence. When we eventually get to it, we look for answers within ourselves. As you said, you can't pour from an empty cup. 🫶🏽

Hi!!! I'm so happy to meet you!!! I love this video and your channel is amazing!!! I am neurodivergent and so are my kids, we have a lot of PDA issues, I have actually put them in online public school so that we have less demand and they learn better, obviously a personal choice, but we have had such an amazing time since I did that. Looking forward to seeing more of your content :)
