I like how he acts like an actual preteen. But like in a charming way.
I think this is super impressive. He has to be mean but like a very specific type of mean. Can't be too offensive, and tap into that preteen boy humor and obnxious-ness. And has give his 100% the whole time. Any small slip up and it'll be very obvious.

As someone who used to act I always wonder how these people can stay in character no matter what regardless of what guests might say to them. I remember finding it very hard not to laugh along with the audience if I have a funny line or if I’m playing the villain and the audience boos when I show up. It’s much harder than it looks.
