As a new referee that’s only played goalie, I can’t begin to tell you how helpful this is. The game management style of talking to the players is something that can’t be taught from a book!!!
Does anyone know how to fix the crackling sound in the helmet that we hear on this recording? I have the same problem and believe that the adjustments in the helmet are squeaking somewhere.

Had no idea the refs talk to the players that much.
It’s funny how all of them argue every time they get a penalty that’s so obvious I am a ref myself even from the u11 they start arguing
