Please appreciate the NHS. I live in the US and people go bankrupt over medical bills and die because they can't get care. Just remember you don't have to deal with the health insurance companies who see medical care as a profit making scheme.

I have to say; the duck-bread thing is true. It has no nutritional value for them, and for a lot of them it's all they eat so they end up getting sick. Also the bread that isn't eaten sinks and goes off, polluting the water the ducks live in, which make them sick too. If it was only a little bit of bread it wouldn't be an issue, but because EVERYONE is doing it, it adds up and becomes a problem...
I wish I could say I was surprised by the dinosaur, but it's not the oddest thing I've removed from frisky patients (of both sexes) by far.

I've been waiting for this for what felt like forever!!!
I live in Ireland. I fractured my foot dancing once and after having an examination I was told to go home and come back in 10 hours to get sorted. I also fell once (I'm very clumsy) and had a suspected cracked skull and spinal fracture. I had to wait all night before I got a CAT scan. I wish we had the NHS! Although to be fair I need a shitload of epilepsy medication and I get it for free
