I don’t know how it’s possible to do a bench press without bending your elbows but this guy manage to pull it off Bar almost touched his belly button lol

Imagine what he could squat if the IPF stepped into the 21st century and used a monolift and squat bar

His depth on the squat was great. Could see that dip below parallel each time.

That "bench" is a joke. He lowers the bar maybe 5 inches to the middle of his belly. They really need to do something about these super arching "bench pressers".

I think the reason why his squat is so much better compared to his deadlift is his physiology. He's build like a baby. Long torso and short limbs. Perfect for squats. Terrible for deadlift.

I’ve never understood why the Vanilla gorillas deadlift is so weak compared to the other numbers

The fact he was able to press 425.5 kilograms with control three times without misgrooving or just getting fatigued in general makes his performance unbelievably impressive, and he did this after squatting over 1050lbs three times. Definitely the best single-ply powerlifter in the world.

To the people in the comments who are trashing this guy's bench - Does equipped bench look goofy? Yes. Are equipped reps legit reps? Depends on who you ask. Is pushing 940 lbs off your chest a titanic feat of strength even if you're wearing a bench shirt and doing a belly press? Abso-fuckin'-lutely. If you're skeptical...just go to your gym, put three times your body weight on a bar, wear every bench shirt on Earth, copy this guy's form, and try to complete a rep. When your crushed sternum heals you can come back and tell us about your new found respect for this guy's lifts.

Crazy strong squat but then I recall Ray Williams squatting 490 kg but only in sleeves and belt.
