    Not a bad price point for a 2 bedrooms apartment in London Dock but it seems is on 2nd or 3rd floor which tends to be noisy if there are restaurants or cafes right below the unit.

    The non-square floor plan also means higher rate of space wastage. However, the noise from the square is the top issue. Hence, this is reflected in the price. Would be good for the video to demonstrate the investment return. I would also suggest showing the floor plan for reference in future videos.

    its still really expensive service charge, coz most of the facilities never gonna use or use very rare, + gas, elect.... water, tv licence , council tax, internet, a lots money, service charge is the most expensive and no need those facilities. pool, gym cinema i can go out at any time i want, concierge just useless staff and money waisting. at least u r a billionaire so can have all those facilieties, the community looks so nice from the balcony, windows so nice and many of them, in a balcony area walls so beautiful decor. its nice apartment
