This is my fav hero wod, and perhaps fav wod in general….. I’m 46. This year was my best RX time with strict pull ups 61:30. My goal is a sub hour. I fully embrace the meaning of this, and why I’m doing what I’m doing. Every rep counts. NO BS reps. Every rep is proper standard.
