Tutorial on how to use the TTN Mark UV Exposure Unit to make a steel printing plate for pad printing. The steel printing plate, or a steel "cliché" as they are known, can last longer than a polymer printing plate, with production going to 100,000 images and more.
These printing plates/clichés are perfect for medical device marking and industrial printing as they are cleanroom safe and more scratch-resistant than polymer plates.
These clichés can be manufactured for any machine, with or without anchoring holes.
