Loooove the changes. Blacking out anything makes it so new fresh and modern. Love love love the upgrades. The kitchen too. I am the exact same person and a go getter. I don’t sit around and wait for things and plan for things. I just do it. I love that grate personally. You make everything beautiful around you as you’re willing to work hard.

Things your are doing is therapy - I did similar when I went out from a relationship since I was sad and angry in the same time - sold everything and moved into a new apartment which I renovated by myself! The children are so beautiful and a joy to see them settle in to new ways of life. My grandchildren just said mummy's house and daddy's house straight away?? They almost seemed relieved and enjoyed the 2 houses. I had just paid for large swing set in wood and playhouse but they get to play with them once a fortnight.

I love how it looks like, the house itself has the perfect size. It’s not too big so you dont get lost but you still have room for everything. Great job looks awesome. Also the garden and the shed with the rolls in it i love it
One of the first Vlogs I saw of Jon was when he was in Marbella and he decided to paint the tile floor on the porch I believe. I was so impressed that a guy with his financial means was still willing and excited to tackle something like himself. I felt that guy disappeared for a bit but happy to see the hands on Jon again with these projects.
