Just so I’m getting this right , United have had our worst scoring season since 04 or something but we have one of the better defensive records in the league & a keeper who won the golden glove BUT we need a goalkeeper more than a number 9? Right then …
That was because of Martinez, Shaw and Casemiro, DeGea`s long balls gave away possesion constantly v city and his clangers cost a number of points, he`s also bad at dealing crosses.

Wouldn't mind Amrabat at Chelsea at all.
Any thoughts on Samuele Ricci out of Torino? Or Fabricia Diaz (maybe not a perfect holding mid) from Liverpool Montevideo? Or Florentino Luís out of Benfica. All young but Ricci had a great season in Serie A, Diaz looked really special in U20's World Cup leading Uruguay to win it and Luis already partnered Enzo and got the best out of him.
absolutely agree with dave about kone for liverpool, as much as i also like the absolute unit that is thuram id much rather us sign kone if its one of the 2. ideally both, but Liverpool probably wont do that.
Jorg Schmadtke's son is the sporting director at Borussia Monchengladbach, so if Liverpool want Kone, they will get him. The son will help his father out if he asks it. But Kone is seen as an alternative to Thuram who remains the target.

We can't loan both McAtee and Doyle as it's only one loan allowed from one PL club to another. Pep says he wants McAtee in his squad so hopefully we can get Doyle back.
Piroe would be ideal. Maybe loaning Swansea Brewster or Lowe could sweaten the deal.

Brentford implement 4-3-3 the stronger they get so I wouldn't want any Southampton defenders near that team, but they're after Nathan Collins from wolves for £20m. A young CB with a lot of potential and already premier league standard seems like a good shout considering how good Brentford are at developing players.

I don’t get the United thing. They had most clean sheets but scored only 3 more goals than Fulham. GK is not the number one priority
True. What they need most is a striker
This is why just looking at goals scored and conceded is bad analysis lol. Getting a GK that is comfortable with the ball at his feet and a good sweeper instantly makes them a better attacking side. This would make them far more efficient at playing out from the back and enable them to press much higher, leading to more chances👍

Don't think it's as much of a priority as a number 6 having lost Jorginho in January, as well as Kante + Kovacic in the summer and likely losing Loftus-Cheek + Mount too

Walker has been inconsistant this year and is in his early 30`s, need a left back, Stones has been awesome, Ake has been good, maybe need a new partner for Stones in central defense.
