New Funding for PA Schools (grant deadline 2/29/24)

Wishing you had additional mental health resources for your school?
$150 million in school mental health grants was just announced by The School Safety and Security Committee of the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.   
Of these grants, $90 million available is NON-COMPETITIVE. This means that ALL Pennsylvania public-school districts that apply and are approved will be awarded AT LEAST $100,000. Additionally, all other eligible Pennsylvania schools i.e. intermediate units, technical centers and charter schools can receive at least $70,000 for mental health resources.
These funds can be used for 30+ categories, including alternative seating, fidgets, and brain-based coaching, plus compensation for counseling services and materials to help address mental health concerns in your school.

Consider sending it to your administrator advising of current funding announcements from PCCD. In addition, advise your administrator that NeuroLogic® offers trauma-informed coaching, training, counseling staff, and conflict resolution specialists. All of these services can be paid for using PCCD grant money.
