If you look at the rules in detail his set up is legal, you can start with your wrist bent back, maybe you could argue that It is not fair, but for that rules would have to change. He has just mastered the flop press set up with the current rules of evw

Kamil has an extreme set Up that gives him the maximum advantage while being still legal, ha has mastered the flop press set up, much better that that of jerry
