I have purchased new iPhone 14 Pro Max. So, I made a simple video on How to transfer the data from old iPhone to new iPhone.

Say if my current phone is off no cellular Data and my new phone has new cellular data with a different number how would I keep my new number with the cellular data but with my old apps and storage from old current phone

You should try to backup the phone using the computer and then restore it on your new iPhone.
