I would like to include a header photo. It shows up in the edit screen but doesn't in the test email. I have use Outlook for my mail and have it set to sync "always download full message and internet images". What have I missed?
Great video, but I have a question. When someone signs up to my email list it says that their address is required and I can't seem to get that off because I don't have that selected on the list, I DON'T want the address to be required... I'm confused with this.
Mailchimp has most confusing and fiddly interface I’ve used. Activecampaign works way better for me, though it’s not free but i don’t mind to pay for that as it’s a game changer for me.

I have Mailchimp and there is a yellow banner on the campaign creator so I can't see what I need to see to send an email campaign. Is this something new so that I must create a paid version?
I have two primary lists in my FreshSales CRM. (1.) Leads/prospects and (2.) Current and recent clients. I need to sync BOTH lists from FreshSales into MailChimp but it appears I can only connect 1 list (or audience). My subscribe pop-up needs to go to my Leads audience and sync up to FreshSales.
Is there a way to have both FreshSales lists to sync to MailChimp so all updates from emails sent in MailChimp will be tracked in FreshSales for ALL contacts? Thanks for any help you might give.
Hi Darrel! Could you please explain the type of Licenses such as Regular or Extended (on Themeforest for example). Does a regular license mean that we cannot charge our clients for that? The extended License is super expensive!

Guys I'm trying to set up an account with Mailchimp but I get to this point and it won't let me respond to finish "ACCOUNT'S ALL SET UP LET'S DIVE IN". and it gives me options to 1) Connect your store, 2) What would you like to create, and 3) Add your contacts. 41:35 so you would need woocommerce to be able to make ecommerce sales, correct? But to also get their email when they make a purchase you would need mailchimp for woocommerce. So you need both woocommerce plugin and mailchimp for woocommerce plugin?

vs

they just offer different styles of marketing and UI interfaces. each of these providers offer the same thing. Aweber is good for hard marketing while something like mailchimp is good just for average email marketers

Hey, when using the mailchimp's free trial. If I create an email campaign and send it to all my audiences. Then, if more audience gets added to the list, how do I send it to them too? As I'm running fb ads to create audience . Do I manually keep a track of those?

I have the same issue and was googling for like 1 hour without success... I think it's only in the paid version now.
In case you were still wondering, I have figured it out. Go to Campaigns -> All campaigns scroll down and on the left side of the panel you will see "View by type" -> Automations. Click on Automations and it will open up a window saying "You don't have any automations yet. You can set up an automation to trigger things like an abandoned cart, a welcome email, and even to wish a subscriber happy birthday!". Click on "Welcome email".
