I also love the vibe at these games cuz you get sights like our players getting to go right up to the away fans to celebrate. Feels more like a lower-league English match than an American one, and I mean that as a compliment!
I was at the game and did not see why Marcus Epps deserved a red card. U.S. Soccer, please explain why the ref made that call. This does not look good for the tournament.
And with MLS entering next round they’ll have only 9 clubs (8 MLS main clubs and 1 from MLSNP: NYCFC II). Compared to the 23 from USL (20 USL Championship with 8 of those clubs entering next round and 3 USL League One)
The referee spoiled the match and turned it into a farce.
I went to my first ever hartford athletic match and watched them lose in the cold ass rain to some bs untrained ref. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this in the future👍

So many selfish plays by Hartford. They had golden opportunities, but the forwards wanted a goal for themselves instead of squaring it across the goal for their teammate...
