People who lack a minimum 7 hr sleep. Without regulated sleep routine (meaning same time sleep routine) suffer from anxiety. Anxiety is a body alarm to show you something is off and needs to be looked after.

I've struggled with anxiety and depression since I was young, but recently, I've been doing really well with my anxiety. It's been over a year since I last saw a therapist or had an anxiety attack. However, a few days ago, I did experience an attack. I took deep breaths, reminded myself that I was OK, and differentiated between reality and my anxious thoughts. This helped me a lot. Repeating mantras and, if needed, talking to a therapist or taking medication are effective strategies. Having someone you can trust is also very important.
Thank for sharing. Deep breaths and having someone by my side def helps me out during those anxious times.

The timing of this vlog is crazy. Yesterday, I had one of the worst I had in a long time while I was at work. I tried going outside, breathing at my desk, and nothing was working. I had to go in the washroom, breathe good, and tell myself I was okay to feel well enough to complete my day. It wasn't until I came home and meditated that I really felt the difference. I'm not sure if meditation is in your routine, but it can possibly help, even if it's a short one. Also, talking to pwople who can make you laugh really helps too!
But Auntie is right, as much as you pour into your brand and your family, pour twice as much into yourself so you have the capacity to give it your all.
These Canada vlogs are so worth it!! I seen Femi Pony Rochelle, Ozzy, the girl who used to food prep, all who need to show up is the girl who had a baby for Kevin , Noor and Jessie so many good vibes.

Or use a stem fidget device. Whenever I am severely stressed out I begin having anxiety attacks while driving at any minute. Typically, while waiting at red lights. Therapist said I am subconsciously thinking anxious thoughts so interrupting them will help. It worked!!!
