He lost to the crafty veteran Dustin from a caress on his chin, NOT due to BJJ submission. He easily wrestled Dustin to the floor. BSD's lacking is EXPERIENCE --- on how to out maneuver a very skilled, very experienced veteran --- not skills... especially BJJ skills. Give him 1 more year of 2-3 more fights and he likely will become one of the most feared Top 5.

@@willavery5124 I agree. So, the next question we could ask, as to why BSD wasn't able to press on with that set-up, with Dustin in trouble, was WHY? I can't say, since I have no direct INSIDER INFO, but I suspect it could be from the infection.
When a finger size wound appeared on your forehead, it is LIKELY internally, the infection could have impacted his immune a bit. That is especially true if you're also taking some medication --- approved by officials --- to stabilize that infection...

Because this BSD is a SPECIAL OPERATIONS GUY; you know how those guys operate in the real world: normal circumstances and hardships that drop 99.9999% of normal/average humans, special operations folks HAD TO PASS through, of they aren't getting into the US, French, or British special operations units....

The thing with Fluffy is that if he takes you down rd1, it's not a wrap right there. But that grappling exchange will wear you out, and it pretty much guarentees he'll take you down rd2 and probably get the finish there
