    Sit a lot - you die early. Flexibility, mobility and a healthy diet are the keys to growing old. Eliminate highly processed foods from your diet. Junk foods have no nutritional value. It’s full of chemicals and sugars that didn’t exist 50 or 100 years ago. Food manufacturers are getting rich at the expense of consumers health. The United States has become a country of sick children and adults. Not everything is as it seems. Move your body every 30 minutes. Eat real food. Nourish your body, mind and spirit. By the way, I am 77 years old. Joy and Peace. 🙏🏽

    JJ is so inspiring- she breaks it all down in ways that are so clear, e.g. be your strongest self as you age, eat healthy, move your body all throughout the day, incorporate resistance training, high intensity training, get enough sleep, find a community to enjoy, meditate, and track what you do.She brilliantly expresses it's not just about the scale and what you weigh, but retaining and increasing muscle mass and using ALL the tools in the toolkit. JJ is a true Beacon of light.

    Squats and deadlifts! Love this video. However I stopped using protein powder. All the reasonably priced ones have artificial sweeteners. Too many health risks eating artificial sweeteners everyday
