Please please help me!!! đąđđđ. I am so lost and cant afford to trust doctors around here anymore. I dont know what to do???? I am 43 and 2 months ago after yrs of asking to be tested from symptoms i finally was tested and am actually POST MENOPAUSAL đą. I HAVE arteriosclerosis coronary artery disease and am in the 90% from the heart smart scan. I work out and eat better. But i dont know if i should do HRT. I tried to ask my doc questions and i left feeling really uninformed. I am worried because all the health issues i have had. They put me on massive amounts of mental health meds for years!!!! You literally are describing myself. I even had went under 2 surgeries on my knee in which caused me to become disabled and laid up for over 5.5 years on a bed. My symptoms have gone away in terms of brain fog, insomnia, night sweats, hot flashes are very light and once here in there if im overwhelmed. Ive gotten off all mental meds, and all blood pressure meds. I already had a dexa scan. I eat right, workout and lift weights. I lost weight. I went from a size 20 to a size 6. But im getting stronger and building muscles. My health has been the best its been since i can even remember.... i am afraid to throw a wrench in the works and i have zero clue if i should use HRT ? My doctor gave me a vaginal estrogen cream.... i. Suppose to try it 1 x a week. To help with vaginal dryness. I dk if i shld do that or if it cld cause issues? I dk what are the right questions i need to ask my doctor to get the answers i need to know any help is so appreciated. I did a dexa scan and it came back okay. Ive been telling all women to watch your channel and to look you up online and that you have a book. Im sooo lost!! Please help anyone!!! đ im 43 and have been failed my entire life from the medical industry and it caused me to miss out on my kids and grand kids and life. So many medications i didnt need, and so many serious health issues i never shld of had. I was 37 when doctor stole my life for years from me by not helping me. I'm 54, 5'10" and 260 lbs. I've been this size since I was 15. Last year at my physical I had blood work done. My Triglycerides are 58 and HDL is 63. My ratio is .92. This makes me FOTI, Fat on the outside, Thin on the inside.

Also, thank you for mentioning ALT, I've been arguing about it forever, got banned from Reddit thread about cirrhosis for telling that ALT is not indicative for cirrhosis, when you see ALT high, it's too late. So, i went for ultrasound to see what's up with my liver.Thnank you!
how did you get alt lowered?
@joanneclark8256 I didn't. But I definitely prevented it from going up by lowering carbs, exercising, intermittent fasting etc. I also take milk thistle ( 100% effective in my opi) and vitamins B. Also, cruciferous veggies detox liver, and I was taking TUDCA supplement for bile flow. I hope, it helps. But nutrition is the most important thing. My ALT is 20, I want to lower it to 15, but for that I need to stop drinking, I'm reducing alcohol.

No all women can take HRT. This is no something new to tell women us HRT. This is medicin quimical as all treatments. This is not new. Why not to care about healthy food. Natural hormones? HRT is no like going to the supermarket and buy candy. There are side effects right
So youâre taking OIL to cleanse your face and using just water which doesnât mix/or work very well to remove oil to remove it. Ok. This is why lotta people getting cystic acne from this trend.
