Row 3 - 8 petals red Lolly (regular holes)
Row 4 - 12 petals black star trek (shared and regular holes)

DT rubber bands, zip ties, 1 - pipe cleaner, needle nose pliers or zip tie gun, wire cutters, scissors
Key steps:
Make required petals, load board with zip ties, place petals, attach hanger, attach center as demonstrated.
